I think what you're up to is possible if you use a "trading bot".
I personally haven't tried any bot on the market but I know some of it are announced here in bitcointalk and have some plenty of reviews.

In other words, you are looking for "Trading bots."
Trading bots are computer programs that use various indicators to recognize trends and automatically execute trades.
After you do a thorough search you can find the best bot, but I recommend you:

 - Gunbot: Connects with the most popular trading platforms and comes with eight strategies
 - Gekko: Free & open source project.
 - Haasbot: best alt of Gunbot.

I do not advise you to look at the price of trading or relying on numbers, Follow the news and make a strategy to predict whether the price will rise or fall.
