I think this depends on the disability of the person. If the person has physical disability, then he can still do bitcoin. But if he or she has intellectual disability, he may find it difficult to follow the steps. Having a disability is not a burden to the government, they only need assistance as you said.

Giving bitcoin to people who will then covert it to fiat to get his daily need is not different from the normal social intervention program that is being done by governments of most countries to citizens who are the most vulnerable. But to teach them to earn bitcoin then means we need to start considering the level of education that they have. Not every physically challenged individual are illiterates or lazy but rather they are constrained to not work due to the nature of the course they study in the institutions and more importantly, there is dignity in labour rather than waiting for airdrop at the end of the month. I think that is good idea. Nothing wrong with that and it is better for the people with disability that they have additional source of income even if they are not working. I believe that those people has a ability and capability that a normal people doesn't have. There are extra ordinary people so I believe that whatever we are doing here in this system are they can do the same. Agree sir, it depends on their disability, if they can type, and they have vision, I think it can help them. Since they can't work into companies I think it's an opportunity for them to earn money, it's better than making them work hard even though they have disabilities. I agree with that but the problem we didn't control the future. I mean there are person with disable that bounds by the help mindset just rely your needs to the government.
