It depends on what they are capable. I'd they are mentally strong and physically disabled then, yes there is a chance to earn more and live a good life without expecting more from the government. But I'd they are mentally disabled and physically OK then,  it's bit hard as mental skills are required to earn and live normal. Mental skills is definitely needed here so a person with mental problems will be having trouble depending on bitcoin earning. Honestly our governments support groups that financially helps disabled person, there are funds allotted for them but due to corruption, the money does not reach them. I think this depends on the disability of the person. If the person has physical disability, then he can still do bitcoin.
