no fee there directly, instead you pay 10 PEC for manual payout, and 5 PEC for automated payout..

so, they just moved the fee lol

fees go to mantain the hardware cost of running the pools... often, they do not cover the expenses

yes it is, look at altcoinpool...

thats why i made my counter "commercial" lol :-)

best setup is 3 or 4 pools with about equal hashing power, then noone has 51 %

right now altcoinpool is at aprox 80%

In a file called peacecoin.conf (you may copy/paste litecoin one and modify it). File goes in c:/users/yourname/appdata/roaming/peacecoin. (you need hidden folders/files visible)

I'll guide you, (if you're on windows 7)

Close all programs so that you are at your desktop.
 
Click on the Start button. This is the small round button () in the lower left corner of your screen that has a Windows flag on it.
 
Click on the Control Panel menu option.

Click on the Appearance and Personalization link.

Now click on the Show hidden files and folders option.

Under the Hidden files and folders section select the radio button labeled Show hidden files, folders, and drives.
 
Remove the checkmark from the checkbox labeled Hide extensions for known file types.
 
Remove the checkmark from the checkbox labeled Hide protected operating system files (Recommended).

Press the Apply button and then the OK button.

You will now be at your desktop and Windows 7 will be configured to show all hidden files.

A notepad handmade peacecoin.conf is fine but on notepad when you click "save file as" you need to select correct outpout as we dont need a .txt version but a plain.conf...
it may be a problem for you.


Probably it's easier if you copy and paste litecoin.conf from c:..../roaming/litecoin to c:......./roaming/peacecoin and simply rename it peacecoin.
Then you can easily modify it with notepad, erase everything and paste all new stuff
