Dear BTC-e,

In order to ensure that all Peercoin (PPC) related services can continue after May 5th, we are confirming with our exchange and service providers whether they have updated or are in the process of updating to the mandatory v0.4 Peercoin client. The v0.3 Peercoin wallet will cease to work after May 5th, 2014. Upgrades of existing v0.3 wallets after May 5th require a download of the blockchain to be able to continue using the wallet.

Therefore, we would like to have a response from you on the following questions as soon as possible:
1. Have you already upgraded all your wallets to v0.4 in order to continue services after May 5th?
2. If no, have you already planned to upgrade your wallet(s)?

Perhaps some official policy concerning new cryptocoins would be helpfull on btc-e web for these altcoinmongers. 
Something like:
New cryptocion will be considered (not guaranteed) for addition to btc-e if:

• It exists for more than ... weeks/months
• Is not premined or redistributed by non-market forces more than ... %
• Is used for buying and selling goods with daily turnover at least ... USD for at least ... weeks. (speculation in BTC and fiat excluded)
• Is not aggressively promoted.
• Has official webpages describing its parameters.
• Official dontaion to btc-e.com at least ... BTC.
• Unofficial dontaion to btc-e.com at least ... BTC.
• etc.

With note that these rules do not apply to existing listed cryptocoins.
With another set of rules, conditions and timelines for (existing) cryptocoin delisting.

i've recieved money on my ccard. though it took ~9-14 days...little bit more than 72 hours. still no answers on my tickets.

First i send money to yandex money then rejected this money somehow. How long does it take this rejected money goes back to  btc-e.com ruble balance? It's passed over 5 days no money arrived.
