How can you just now be posting about a deposit made a year ago? I would open a new ticket ASAP, and please report back here when you find out they did not steal your money.
Because i'm not just now posting after a year, read some of my posts related to BTC-E on this forum. I've opened several tickets and sent dozens of emails with BTC-E (even prior to their help desk website being online) regarding this issue - all correspondence had been "we'll get back to you" following by months of inaction and now a 2nd closed ticket. Con artists.

lol I had 4.5 or so coins mysteriously disappear from my account and I was using 2FA. Kinda strange how nobody at btc-e can tell me what ip address was used to make this withdrawl. opened a ticket, and nothing ever happened and ticket gets closed. Dont trust these people with your btc!!!!!!

Its weird how my ticket went from priority: normal to priority: private but no one ever replied anything. Whats that supposed to mean ?
I have the same issue as you, and after my ticket was changed to priority: Private, the support stopped answering me. Funny!

btc-e.com you are watching the forum and this thread in particular can you help somehow? I can live if there is a delay in payment but I can't live with the fact that the support is not answering at all. I got one answer 4 days ago to attach a picture of the transaction and since then no one bothers replying!

I made a CNH withdrawal via bank transfer on June 18th, and BTC-E immediately took away the service fee (1000 CNH!) from the outward transfer. However up till today I still cannot see the transfer in my bank account.
I raised a ticket to the support, but no one replied me.
Ticket number is #IUX-858-89216.
btc-e.com: can you help to check what's going on in your bank? Please help to cancel my withdrawal and credit the CNH to my account at BTC-E.
