Any news on this? Is this dead?
I just got an email from juergen. He has big plans for development. I just sent a pull request with qt wallet artwork at github so he can create a new wallet. I think this coin will be great.
I recommend that anyone who has anything to offer to the project to get involved. Machinecoin.de has many resources if you need a starting point. Juergen is very knowledgable about the tech, this is not some 13 year old kid with no knowledge of coding, but he has implied that he is very busy. He has some jobs listed on his site, if you can build webpages or are willing to promote on social pages, there are some bounties set up. Juergen is great to work with and is very appreciative when a need of the coin is met. IMO this coin has huge potential, but its new and as with anything, needs a proactive community to be truly great. For instance, I have submitted artwork, created this thread, signed up for a twitter account, posted on my facebook page, reached out to some exchanges all with positive results. The difficulty level for mining the coin is still low, but has increased exponentially in only a couple of weeks. I have learned much about the tech, online communities, available resources, etc. myself through this project and I love being a part of it. I will help answer any questions or provide any help I can, but this is a public effort. That is the beauty of these coins, anyone can get onboard and create products, submit ideas or code changes at github, promote it any way they see fit, or just watch it unfold. I would like to see machinecoin included in some articles, posted on some websites and whatever else.
