...
also small gui fix, should take 5 minutes for a good coder, anyone want to do?
Add arrows where the team names are, so many names can be added (so the map does not get smaller). This functionality is already there but for some reason does not display (it's possible the expansion of this dialog area stops the arrows from showing).
...

Tab names should now be fixed, tested under linux and it works for me, couldn't test it on windows so let me know if it is fine.

Pushed the source on https://github.com/pompobit/huntercoin

the windows wallet is here: http://www.mediafire.com/download/e49da4ni8t4eru4/imp_huntercoin.zip

I hope it is ok

dont' use this yet..

I am unable to use the official version after using this one..

dont' use this yet..

I am unable to use the official version after using this one..

I tried deleting all files - game.dat /nameindexfull.dat.. (also -rescan)
seems to switch back to the official, the only solution was to redownload the blockchain..
so maybe is some issue with this?
also there is some slow down with scrolling using this version.. possible due to overlay of co-ordinates and squares?

EDIT: seems just deleting the database directory in datadir allowed me to swap back without redownloading the chain... I am trying to rebuild the game.dat and nameindexfull.dat .. not sure if working.. will see

looks like i need to redownload..

don't use this just yet i think

ACTUALLY.. i think i know the issue..

probably you compiled using different version of dependencies...

db4.8.5? (if you used the easywinbuilder, this is why.. not your problem.. probably i need to recompile the official using easywinbuilder)
I remember the official was compiled with 4.7**, but phelix easy winbuilder use 4.8.5.. i will recompile now using easywinbuilder (theofficial)

for now, i recommend don't use until we find the exact problem (i.e. confirm this is the problem)

In the last version I edited only a couple of files of the UI interface, so it is weird you cannot use the official...

Yes I used easywinbuilder to compile this one, but the same I did for the previous versions and nobody pointed me this issue, so or nobody tried to use the official client after mine, or is a different problem

Let me know if you need help, I had to edit a couple of things to manage to compile huntercoin on windows 7 32 bit, likely you have to do the same if you have the same OS

seems qmake crashed/not responding, probably 80% the way through the compile..

will try again... is this the issue you had?

I emailed most of them,.. not much more I can do tbh - it's up to them.. personally I think it will be  beneficial for them Cheesy
i'm sure in time they will add, considering some of the coins they add on these 'exchanges'

As a reaction to the latest difficulty change, we have adjusted the payout scheme at our mining pool:
* You get 2 HUC for every 5 LTC mined; or,
* You get 2 HUC for every 1 BTC mined.

As many miners chose not to fill their HUC payout addresses, thus gave up their HUC payout. This is in fact approximately twice what you should get at our pool than solo mining.

There is no payout limit for HUC: if you mined 0.01 LTC in a payout cycle (0:00 UTC to 24:00 UTC), you would get 0.004 HUC in addition to the litecoin payout.

Payout is sent everyday at ~04:00 UTC. You must fill HUC payout address before 0:00 UTC in your account settings. We have PPS at 4% fee for both BTC and LTC.

to do:

1. Fix Daemon Random Crash - seems could already be done by HunterMinerCrafter
2. Improve Performance - sometimes - slowdown/pauses  when new blocks come in.. I think (from observation during testing) Destructs may be related... the same patch may also improve syncing (although the daemon on windows also goes into a not responding state, so not 100% sure it is a QT issue that causes pauses or that syncing is related).
3. Write current Gamestate to a file - add some switch e.g. -writetofile ... this apparently is an easy job. As far as I am aware, the game.dat only has the complete gamestate every  2000 blocks. The rest is computed when you do game_getstate <blocknumber> . The current gamestate must be in ram so cannot be too complex to add this. -- This will allow almost realtime map updates for external clients. It only needs to write the current state, and not every state (i.e. overwrite the current file), so the file will be small. I can then update the Live Map View in realtime by checking the timestamp (currently is doing the game_getstate command every 1 minute) ... also will be better for Mithrilmans client.

----

Cosmetic:

1. hold/click the bar between the map and rightside text area, to expand/shrink the map.. while adding arrows in the top right if there is not enough room for the teams in the space. Pompobit has fixed the arrows to display in the top right in his client, but needs to be ported to the official, also needs the mouse hold of the bar adding. -- note, the functionality is already there, i think just adding the expanding map by holding the bar will make the arrows appear (as when i imported a privkey for a name, it added the name and also added the arrows).. it just doesn't show the arrows because the area expands automatically when you add more teams.
2. Add extra column where hunters are listed showing distance in blocks to destination.

----

Longer Term Plan:

1. Rebase/Re-implementation on Latest Bitcoin/Libcoin
Domob - Namecoin Dev - is currently in the process of re-implementing Namecoin onto Libcoin, once done he will attempt to do the same for huntercoin (it shouldn't be as difficult once he has done Namecoin)... When he reaches this point, he should receive as much donations as possible IMO.

2. Pruning of nameindexfull.dat
