Can't you see that the space as changed, mostof the ICOs these year are all below the ICO price, so hy do I need to invest in a project that is going to lose value as early as it touches exchanges, I invested in all these project these year and they are all below the ICO price, Naponion X, DAOStack, SynFAb, EDT, AdBank, and Neourotokens

But chances of truning those 100 dollars into 1000 dollars has dropped recently a lot mate! There is no way that any ICO might just turn your 100 bucks to 10x in short period of time these days. Those golden days has gone already and now is the time where we need to take lot of effort to find a perfect ICO to invest in. Almost more than 70-80% of the ICO seem to be scam one and thus you will need more than 100 ICO to be joined per month to get hit by at least 20 of the good ICO's around the globe. However that does seem to me very impossible these days.

Its not that risky if you invest into them when they are in the exchangers.

Maybe because most of the altcoin are just pump and dump only in the trading market, then in the ico project campaign majority of it are scam,

or not fulfilling their promises during the campaign period of time because they run away. And some are afraid due to lack of knowledge in

crypto currency and bitcoin.

if you are saying it is guaranteed to multiple our money into cryptoshpere,i think you made it wrong dude.
there are many factors can determine the price,such as global adoption,crisis and many more.if goverment choose to ban the cryptos completely,does not that mean the price will be declined greatly ? or even it could die.because of that many people felt hesitated to join the crypto,on the other hand many people who know nothing about cryptocurrency got caught by those scammers,they're doing an ICO and after completed the sales they ran away with it.i heard a lot of people got burned because of that,
and the victims will tell other people to not join the crypto because it's a scam or ponzi scheme.
wait until it's adopted by people globally,until then people will realiaze it's their future and no longer hesitate.but for now,it's still far from it.

Because not all coins is legit, there is a scenario that they 100% trust crypto and invest in a good coin they think , but they didn't search a lot about that coin because they 100% trust crypto so now their money was lost because of that scammed coin. That's why they afraid to invest in crypto.

There are a bunch of reasons but the few that first come to mind include

-scarred of scams
-not enough knowledge
-don't know how to invest
-don't know how to evaluate cryptocurrencies
-don't know where to get Bitcoin or open any type of wallet

It's not a question of throwing an " easy " $100 that most people can affordt to lose. it's about an UNREGULATED space where the minority control the majority of the market. Like BTC old adopters who owns like 50%+ of the circulating supply, as you can see they are manipulating the prices whenever they feel like.

Crypto isn't the safest place to invest tbh, YES it's profitable & the ROI can be huge BUT you can be burnt too like to what happened to those who joined in the last December 2017 bull run.

I'm personalyl not against crypto to be regulated to avoid such silly manipulation & profiting only the minority (AKA old adopters of BTC).

It doesn't happen everytime. You will have to look for something that will make your $100 tenfold the amount in a month.
Not all have the same experience as you did, if that is what happened to you.
Some are broke now because of the fake ICO that looks like a real one at pre-ICO.
You will find a lot of that here. They cannot be identified when they are good at it. Moderators here will do a lot of work if they will filter every ICO that will posts here. You have to do your own job to protect yourself from them.

Who is afraid of investing in crypto? I have invested in crypto since more than four years and I do not need to take a regular work anymore. I live frome my crypto investments (and meanwhile stock investments which I made from crypto money) and from crypto work in general. All the people that are afraid investing in crypto are people which usually do hard work for less money but miss the one in a lifetime chance in my humble opinion.

I think that people are afraid to invest in crypto because they do not know how to work blockchain and cryptocurrency. Crypto helps make money, but with the help of cryptocurrencies you can earn big money. Any investment is already a big risk, so people are afraid.

A lot has to come in place when you say you want to invest in a project, you invest because you have found a future in the project, or you have found something out of the box about a project or Team.

why people are scared to invest?

A lot has to come in play when you want to invest in about any asset class,  you invest because you want a return over time. Most people are afraid to invest in crypto because of many factors, they don't have sound knowledge about cryptocurrency/blockchain as a whole and/or they are too lazy to do their due diligence.

Though crypto is volatile and prone to sca.m you have to be vigilant and be able to do some google search about the project to determine if you can find any red flag. it requires you to do lots of in-depth research which require a lot of time.

Most people are lazy to do their research, that's why they are scared to invest in crypto. Those who know what they are doing and fully understand the technology aren't afraid to invest.

Yeah and those are very valid reasons to be afraid. People like stability and you can't just find that in crypto a lot of the times.
