So you are registered in Estonia? But you’re not Estonians? There’re just Russian names in your team.

We are an international team with representatives from Russia, Estonia, the USA, Great Britain, Switzerland, Cyprus, etc. We are also international in terms of the company's divisions registering. For example, we’re planning to receive the banking license in Luxembourg. Speaking of the exchange, Estonia is the best option. The electronic payment system will be registered in the Czech Republic. We are also negotiating with the U.S. SEC on the subject of Regulation D.

When to expect the first payments?
As soon as the platform makes profit. At Q4 2018 we plan to launch Azbit Global exchange. When the exchange starts to produce a profit (we assume in 2019), we will initiate payments to our investors.

Why don’t you issue one token for dividends and discounts? Binance and Huobi, as I’ve mentioned, have one token.

Yes, or as an option - just issue two of your tokens within the one exchange. Now a lot of crypto exchanges are not able to provide trading liquidity – there’s a shortage of assets. Azbit will need to provide trading on two exchanges at once, plus the functioning of the whole ecosystem.

In general, it’s a good strategy. And investors will benefit from it – the holders of security tokens receive dividends and can use utility tokens for operations within the platform.

Yes, indeed, the commission will increase. Or, it would be better to say - the discount for paying commission fees will decrease over time. In the first year the holders will get a discount of 75%, in the second - 50%, then year-by-year - 25%, 10%. And from the fifth year (after May 12, 2022), the discount will remain fixed - 5%.

In short - separate issue and separate use of security and utilities tokens will allow Azbit to avoid claims and sanctions from regulators.

Unfortunately, these options are unpromising, we’ve carefully studied everything. If you issue one token for dividends and discounts at the same time, the sanctions of the regulators will follow. If you trade security and utility tokens on one crypto exchange, it is required to implement KYC procedure for everyone, but not all users like it.

We have a useful experience from forex. Forex brokers can offer services on behalf of an offshore company and an adjustable European one at the same time. So we plan to launch two exchanges on the one domain.

In general, it’s a good strategy. And investors will benefit from it – the holders of security tokens receive dividends and can use utility tokens for operations within the platform.
Otherwise it doesn't work at all - regulators all over the world are closing crypto projects, which tried to conceal declared and actual tokens’ functions.
