Well, first, the total number of tokens we’ll issue is almost
2.5 times less than that of Bankera, and only half of them is for sale. Most of the unsold half
(the share of the founders, advisers, team) will be frozen for a certain period and paid in
stages – just to avoid a pamp / dump scheme. And the total number of tokens was
calculated based on the amount of our hard cap and token price.

Because AZS is a security token, and AZ is an utility token.
For legal reasons, we can’t destroy the issued AZS – in this case their number will not
correspond to the issue prospectus.

AZ token will be available after the ICO completion. It will
be possible to trade on our Azbit Global platform, as well as on other decentralized and
centralized platforms.
The AZS token will be charged to investors on their personal ethereum-wallets (ERC-20
standard-compliant) during Pre-ICO and ICO. Immediately after the ICO completion, the
token holders will be able to manage their AZS without limitation. AZS token will be available
for purchase / sale on our Azbit Pro exchange. At the moment we’re also negotiating with
several ATS (alternative trading system) about listing our AZS security tokens.
