Ok, I’ll subscribe, your project interests me. But you’re unlikely to find large investors on Bitcointalk)
We expect they have Telegram) Just kidding. Okay, seriously, we are actively working to attract investors through all available channels. In particular, Azbit was one of the sponsors of the Consensus 2018 in New York. We had a large booth centrally located within the exhibition space - https://twitter.com/azbit_news/status/995926942632304640. We successfully interacted with a significant number of well-known people in the blockchain and cryptocurrency sphere.

For example?
Catherine Coley (Ripple), the crypto blogger Kenn Bosak plus representatives of 17 crypto funds, 220 private investors and 5 popular bloggers, as well as several media. Before the Consensus, we talked to Roger Ver (Bitcoin Cash).

Well, Roger Ver talks with everyone who is willing to listen about Bitcoin Cash) But participation in the Consensus is cool, of course. I’d like to go there, but to pay $ 2 thousand for the entrance is too much, IMHO.

If the entrance was free, 800 thousand visitors would have come instead of 8 thousand.

Yes, that's right. Plus, the ecosystem as a whole. All Azbit’s services will work under a single financial ecosystem. This will save money, time and will significantly increase the level of security.

It seems that many crypto projects will evolve towards their own ecosystems. The first that comes into my mind is Circle.

Circle - yes, it’s a very interesting project. But as far as we know, they deal with large investors - hedge funds, crypto whales and so on. Azbit ecosystem is focused on a wide audience of crypto users, regardless of their experience and the amount of crypto assets. Again, there are no SAMM / RAMM services on the Circle platform. And as far as we know it is not planned.

Bitsane - No. 166 on CoinMarketCap. Is it a successful crypto exchange?!
In January Bitsane had a turnover of 13 million per day, this was due to positive feedback from CNBC. Once Mt.Gox and BTCe were the top crypto exchanges, and where are they now? The indicator of success is not only the trading volume, but also smooth implementation of trade, compliance with all laws, established banking and payment transactions. This is a solid basis for trading and investment functionality. Those are a bit bad examples as they both of a long history of fraudulent activity.

But no one denies they both were on the top.

If I understand correctly the services of Azbit’s platform will be regulated by Estonian laws.

It's more accurate to say - by EU laws (Estonia is EU member country). In particular, Azbit Ltd. and the regulated Azbit Pro exchange will comply with the EU’s MiFid directive.

What is this directive about?
Well, it’s not easy to answer your question briefly- we recommend you to look for the full text of the directive in Wikipedia. For example, the directive requires exchanges (and crypto exchanges) to categorize clients. “Retail” clients are afforded the most regulatory protection. This is only one paragraph, there are lots of them.

And how will your tokens be regulated?
AZS security tokens will be regulated in the same way as securities in the European Union. AZ utility tokens will be issued under the jurisdiction of one of the Central American countries. Our lawyers are now working on this issue.

We plan to obtain a banking license in Luxembourg, which is also EU member country. The payment system will be registered in the Czech Republic ( EU member country as well), we have already obtained a payment institution license (SPI) there.
