I read, it contains only two pages. They say the same thing as SEC - be careful, don’t trust big promised returns, study ICO projects independently, blah blah blah.
Where is blah blah blah? Everything is clearly summarized. You should remind hamsters a hundred times, if the project promises a huge profit without revealing its distinct origin, most likely it’s a scam. How many people invested in BitConnect, and where is their money now?

Who's read the new CFTC advisory for crypto investors?
We read the advisory as well and consider it useful, we recommend everyone who invests in ICO to get acquainted with it.

Only to accredited ones? How can a private investor from the US buy your AZS tokens?

Transfer and trade of AZS tokens are not limited - they can freely be transferred from one Ethereum wallet to another. The main function of AZS security tokens is that their holders will receive dividends from the profit of the Azbit ecosystem. For this reason, all who want to buy AZS will pass KYC. If the SEC does not give us permission to sell AZS tokens directly to private investors from the US, these private investors will not be able to receive dividends on the AZS tokens, which are in their possession.

Cheer up! ) First, the SEC may change the rules. Secondly, the possibility of participation for private investors from the US in our ICO is not excluded yet - we will announce all the rules before the ICO campaign starts. We have moved its date to thoroughly study all legal and technical issues. Thirdly, the Azbit ecosystem allows to earn on cryptocurrencies  legally in many different ways. We will have a crypto exchange, a mining-pool. Within the bounty campaign, you can earn AZ tokens and then use them to get benefits within our ecosystem. And the most important thing is you can profitably invest in successful crypto traders using our SAMM-RAMM-Portfolio features.

IMHO, trying to meet the requirements of regulators, you hinder your project development. You need to act like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ripple - pick a fight, and then we'll see.

Are you a fan of the Wild West? ) It has already passed in the crypto industry, I'm afraid. Now we need to rely on the planned and legal development of the cryptocurrency ecosystems. If bitcoin is a Wild Bill, then Azbit, rather - Henry Ford.

Let's be modest) The crypto industry is very young, the main development is still to come. If the previous years were the era of the Wild West for crypto, now it’s time for the industrial revolution.

Of course, we have. Elena Serta is an expert in banking matters at Azbit. She has been working in the sphere since 2002 in such well-known banks as Commerzbank
AG and UBS. She is currently Director, FSA (Financial Strategies Advisory) at Swiss Bank J. Safra Sarasin Ltd.

Now we are working on obtaining a banking license in Luxembourg. Switzerland is one of the possible options for registering one of our services. We are trying to choose the countries, which will allow us to enter the common-European and global markets.
