Cryto is full of opportunities and you can earn by using your knowledge in cryto. In crypto you can't be greedy and you need to learn how to sell and hold your tokens. Indeed true. Lessons have been learned and we should accept the fact that we cannot do sommething about the continuous market downfall on most of the cryptos' market value especially at times like this wherein majority is on downtrend.  Look on the brighter side, there's still hope for recovery and the loss is just partial since the amount of holding is still the same.
