there is nothing safe in the digital world, there is always a gap for hackers, but there is always a system of periodic maintenance for every existing wallet system, at least the level of encryption becomes more complicated and makes the gap smaller and becomes very difficult to penetrate, for now it doesn't look perfect, but the current level of security is very capable of comforting its users.

They are not hackable. But the hackable part here is your wallets. Not their system. Wallets of users can be hacked by using phishing or keyloggers fake, websites like that.  Some of the people are thinking about a cryptocurrency hacked. It is depend on their security why would an investor will invest or put money on a project if they knew that it isn't good at security.

No they will not be hacked.  The only way anyone can get your funds in these wallets is if you make a mistake with your security.  The algorithms that are used to secure these wallets are unbelievably secure.
that's false dude.we heard many news that many exchange walllet hacked.and also cryptocurrency wallet too.few days ago many people claims that their balance in myetherwallet stolen.

Ok buddy but there's a big difference between an online exchange and a crypto wallet. If you keep your own wallet in Electrum, Core, etc. like the OP said, you cannot possibly be hacked unless you are careless with your security. Exchanges, on the other hand, are quite susceptible to hacks because a lot of them don't practice good security. They might have 2FA, sure, but that's not a guarantee. There's always a back door in which is why there needs to be fraud prevention specialists on duty 24/7 at major payment systems like PayPal and banks. I highly doubt that these exchanges are paying to have competent fraud prevention specialists sitting and protecting their exchanges 24/7.

I am very interested to know if cryptocurrency wallets like Bitcoin Core, NEON, Electrum can ever be hacked ?
Ofcourse it can be hacked depends on how secure you are, when you are negligent then your wallet could be hacked easily. But technically, ofcourse crypto wallets could be hacked by hacking experts.
Look this can’t be possible that someone have made something and that thing is protected in a way that nobody can ever breach into it. No, this can’t just happen. Humans always have room of improvement and so is their creatures as well. Bitcoin is relatively most secure and safest coin on this earth but still there are ultra legends who even breached into accounts of its holders.

Usually the wallet will not be attacked, because the black one can't attack your wallet. But it can steal your information, do you understand what I mean? Such as passwords and the like.

You know, everything in internet can be hacked. As long as the wallets are in the internet, it is vulnerable to hackers. Just do your role by not giving your keys to anyone. With that idea, you can help your self to be secured.

Yes Of course, only if you just let your private key and Codes on you online and open sources. Don't give your password to anyone for security purposes. Do not open and link just sent on your email because they cam hack you using Phishing its by clicking nay link and then they will gather you details and easily gets you robbed. But I think you'll be safe as long as you are aware of what you are doing on your wallets

I am not going to trust these threats because it is only here to mislead the investors but actually it is not easy to hack a bitcoin wallet. Now there are many wallets but I think blockchain is a wallet which is almost impossible to hack. So use blockchain I am sure this issue will be no more there, hacking is not a big deal thanks to bitcoin wallets now ratio of bitcoin hacking is almost equal to zero.

There were a lot of people lost money because of hijackers in the real world. Also in cryptocurrencies, we have one thing we called hackers. They are those people bypassing your priv key in order to get your money in your wallet. So they can be hacked.

if we don't protect crypto currency wallet with step 2 verification then it produce threat to wallets so cryptocurrency wallets are hackable only when we handle the wallet with utmost security Smiley Smiley

online wallets are also hackable. In the cryptocurrency world, anybody holding the private key to a wallet address is authorized to access the coins in that wallet. But that doesn’t mean you’re fully safe and sound. Electrum vulnerability, 2 time hacked Parity wallet, problems Nano Ledger S as the most sold hardware wallet on the market, are all a example

Any active wallet can be hacked, but each of us can protect ourselves, for example, have a cold purse that will be on the device not connected to the Internet.

For it is possible as long us we used internet for our wallet it could be easy for the hackers to penetrate it..  Sometimes we cant truly predict it that's why we need to be aware always..  We cant predict it that's why we need to be always careful especially now that lots of them are everywhere... It is much better if we used a hardware wallet to make sure we are truly secure...

Bitcoin itself is almost impossible to hack as the blockchain technology that forms the basis of the currency is constantly under review by other Bitcoin users. This means that it is no more at risk than other payment methods such as PayPal or traditional credit cards.
Before you open up an account on Coinbase or other exchanges, set up a unique email that you are going to use for that account.

Make sure to set a really hard and long password, and you are the only one to access it from a piece of paper that you control. Don’t talk publicly about cryptocurrency, especially on platforms such as Facebook which use your email to identify you.
Be on the lookout for suspicious activity on your cell phone and especially notifications of a SIM swap or port.

Yes, it can be hacked. I have experienced being hacked my wallet was hacked last february when I supposed to trade my tokens I found out it was gone. My wallet is already empty somebody made a transaction. Maybe because I was not being careful in storing my pinkeys. I saved it in my facebook inbox and also in my email address. I also saved it in my computer. Now, I learned my lesson and I don't want it to happen again.

I believe that what man made it can break so there is possible to be hacked, the safest way to store your values is to use an offline wallet stored in a removable device that is not connected to the network.

Of course you can, recently there were rumors that the ether purse was broken. It is also vulnerable like everything else, everything can be hacked

So far I haven't seen at least one case of cryptocurrency wallet being literally hacked, up to 100% is when the people are just not careful with their passwords or private keys.
