5-10 years is a very long time and certainly you will be profitable but instead of keeping ETH then you should use 30% of assets to invest in ICO projects then the profit will increase higher. For long term? I don't think so. ETH gave almost 100x returns in 2017. You can't expect the coin to give similar returns every year. This is hard to give the answer. For now, the most competitive is eos. Its community has grown very fast and is very powerful. It took only a year to complete the accumulation of the Ethernet for a few years. My opinion is that we need to see if eos is better. If it is, then I am afraid I will invest in eos.
