Ethereum and bitcoin are the two most trustworthy investment vehicle in the crypto market but if I were to choose from the both of them when it comes to profit and possible skyrocket of value few years from now, I'd definitely choose bitcoin because of the mere fact that there will be another halving that will happen next year May 2019 and I'm very much positive that bitcoin's value will skyrocket if your looking for a long term investment of 5 years.

I'm currently using ledger and its very user friendly and secure so I highly suggest ledger.
