The first thing to consider is the risk of investment. The potential is secondary. If the asset is trading in a small volume, I would buy enough to be able to quickly sell by a market order without a significant shift in the market price.

Low volume coins with good project and team are great investment choice. The low volume makes the possibility of increase in value very easy as the coin market cap increase translates to increase price spontaneously. Its wise to diversify your portfolio but ensuring that you invest only what you can afford to loose. Every coin with the right support has the possibility to increase.

It all depends on the liquidity of the selected coins. Choose interesting promising coins. It makes no sense to accumulate mountains of useless trash.
At the moment, I don't really want to buy tokens that aren't much traded. They're not growing much right now, and there's a growing risk of going down
Among them you can find dozens of them that can provide earnings. Because, the recent fall has affected the market a lot, and plenty of money was stay away from attention. If you approach this carefully, you will make good money.

I also did not buy a low volume token because it had a higher risk, indeed the price was initially high but in a short time the price immediately dropped,
the development was very slow and it was better to find a safe one by buying high-volume tokens

I noticed this phenomenon. Often someone buys up all the proposed tokens with a small amount of trading (for example, look at SMT on hitbtc this night), and after a few days these tokens go up in price very much. Is it worth buying such a token?

That's not good anyway, you do at your own risk. It is actually obvious it will pump the price only, were in the end or in a short while, it will also rapidly dump its price for sure. You will just throw your money in there. So don't waste your time joining it mate, Wink

not feasible, because it's too risky. Low-volume coins are very easy to manipulate. and coins that have an average low volume are shit coins. so you will only be disappointed later.

Usually, small volume tokens are bought if there is insider news. And I would not advise buying tokens if you do not know about them.

Volume is not the measure of value of any crypto currency so you don' have to choose any coin for investment based on volume and low volume coins can reach high prices in short period as well but it depends on the quality of the project if they can sustain in they market for too long or not.

Yes, most tokens with low volume are usually dead, so we should not buy them when we don't track them for a long time.

The issue of buying tokens with a small volume is solved each time separately. If you are a competent and experienced investor, there will be few mistakes, but if you are a beginner, and buy on the advice, then no one but yourself should not blame you for taking a risk. Suggest properly on the forum - a big risk , but I want - put "one dollar".

Don't invest in those altcoin. You will have to wait very long or that altcoin will die and you will lose money. Invest in and look for altcoin that has a high volume in this market for investment

You are not sure of yourself if such project assure you they will sustain in the market in short period of time they are deceiving you. ICOs promise people, Team is making progress on exchange listing stay tuned and it takes same couple of months and they are not yet done. Invest in already listed coins which have potential to worth.

Yes buying low volume alternate coins worth it, but note that not all this Coin can be worth investing on. I remember a friend back in in 2016/2017 bought some low volume coins and made huge sum of money from the investment.  I cant guarantee if such type of investment can still work this time around

we cannot buy tokens just see the volume that is traded, we also need to look at the concept of the project they are running. if the project they are running has a good concept we need to consider buying it even if it has a low trading volume.

It's only worth buying if you've done due diligence and the project development is cool. Then you decide to key in because you think it's worth holding. If your intention is fast profit, you might get caught up in a pump and dump action. Also, do not buy tokens because you think people are buying, it might be bot action and the moment you key in, you get drowned. Some low volume coins or tokens are really cool to hold but be sure or the project. I've been a victim so I'm writing from experience.

so don't get hung up on large volumes, we have to investigate whether it's good or not so we have to find out the truth.
if a token or coin that has a low volume can still give a rather large result, why don't we buy and choose it.
so we have to know so we can determine which one is right to buy.

If you have investigated this projects and think that this token or coin has a much greater value as at the moment, then yes. There are some great projects that are tradable on bad exchanges and they will have a great boost in the nearest future.

here, on the one hand, not everything is so simple and unambiguous, on the other. if you buy altcoins and adhere to a certain strategy, which in the amount brings you profit, then do not listen to anyone and continue to do so, and there may be a lot of options.
