I have messaged bit365 and will be awaiting him to make good on this debt.

Sorry to say this, but I think you're a little too hopeful that Bit65 is actually going to do anything about this, he's already made his dash some months ago and has stopped responding to anyone - so it would be safe to assume he's sipping a martini on a random island. Tough lesson to learn is to never trust anyone - the worst scams have been the long cons.

So for everyone who is still under the delusion that they are going to get their coins back, how do you justify the fact that his site is STILL online and taking bets that aren't going to be paid out?

I wish I would have done research before betting with bitcoinsports.eu

I placed a .1btc moneyline wager on 4/2/14 on SEA +118 (www.bitcoinsports.eu/bet/80678). I won the bet but have yet to be paid out.
I have messaged bit365 and will be awaiting him to make good on this debt.

Did you eventually get paid? Betslip shows it's been paid.

Noticed they added a new link to http://www.bitcoinsports.eu/support-ticket - Haven't seen that before.

Paying debts that are a few days old before paying debts that are several months old?  WELL THAT'S A BAD SIGN!

Also: tx id for the payment please?

10 btc owed.

Still nothing received.  He said he would pay half by 3/15 and hopefully the rest in April.  I have not heard any updates.

http://www.bitcoinsports.eu/inv/d27c1

I have not received any payment nor messages from Bit365.  I even asked to help him out with the situation.

Forget it.  He hasn't been active here in 3 weeks.

If you want to badger him (whatever good that'll do) create a support ticket at his website.

Anyone on this thread with Canadian citizenship?  We really need to file a police report in Canada (where bit lives).  We have enough information (server, IPs) to at least cause a ruckus.
