Very wise move by the DESICO team, I feel. The project is too good to allow the current market derail it. I have high hopes for the Q4 of 2018 and early 2019 so I am sure DESICO will have a successful ICO in better market conditions.

Couldn't agree more, i'm sure were all fed up with these bloody scammers ripping people off constantly, its putting such a negative on the industry, I really believe DESICO can help eradicate the scammers and fraudsters from the crypto space.

Is Desico token or utility? If it is utility token that would be very ironic And I think it would be very bad marketing to design your own token as utility while claiming security is the future.

So according to your Desi token should be a security token ??

I think it is a bit odd to say that security tokens are the future but then your own token is going to be a utility token. Quite a contradiction but I don't care.

So for circulation inside the platform, only a utility token will do.

That isn't true. They could offer a security token themselves but that would mean they have to give away part of their earnings. Greedy projects like Desire don't want to do that. And if they say it's a regulatory problem for them, that will make me laugh even more if a platform that claims to be the number one place for security tokens can't get the licenses.

In this case, they will need to release 2 types of tokens

I read in the white paper that on the platform Desico will be to conduct utility ICO-tokens on the legislative framework in a country like Lithuania. I think projects that work strictly according to the law are very much needed by the crypto-world right now. But I am concerned about the question: the laws of Lithuania work correctly only on the territory of Lithuania. If a project from another country will hold the ICO platform Desico, for other countries such as the USA, the project will still not be legal? Is that so?
