I have been interested into economy, stock trading and such. And have begun watching series movies and reading more about it.

I learned what CDOs where, and how they worked. But now the institutions/banks are selling/buying bespoke tranche opportunities, basically same as CDOs just another name.

The dollar is up by a lot, and the stock market has tested the 200 MA 3 times already. Interest rates are near 0% and loan rates are going up faster and faster each year.

Every country I have friends in, are telling me that the inflation is rising, interest rates are going going down and you're basically losing money each year.
What I think is interesting, is that the loan rates were pretty low (close to 0) for 1-2 years and it started to rise.

I think with the rise of Crypto, it's the safe heaven for us, the normal people. I think communities, countries, specific groups of people will make their own currency (and also money) out of thin air, and this is how our societies will function soon. But that doesn't necessarily mean that cash will go away, I think people are attached to cash a lot and it's a different feeling when you have cash.

What do you guys think? All thots are appreciated!

In my opinion, your opinion is true. Why ? Indeed, cryptocurrency is now much interested, some people consider cryptocurrency as a valuable asset to them. but cryptocurrency has one weakness that is not the official currency. cryptocurrency is just a virtual currency in the digital world. so this is where another function of cash is to be a medium of exchange for cryptocurrency, so the selling value of cryptocurrency can be used for in the real world.

Cash is certainly necessary in the whole society, but as you say our money is always devaluating, it is believed that the encrypted currency will soon take over the model, and at least many people know that the money can be kept in the bitcoin.

this is an economy wheel, money will spin constantly in the middle of human beings, be it Fiat as well as a cryptocurrency. Each of them has a different place and is still needed. Here we will know that the economy will continue to rise where people make innovations. Vice versa.

there are still very few people involved in cryptocurrency, most people in the world still rely on cash or paper money, the education of cryptocurrency is still very small, whereas cryptocurrency offers economic improvement, hopefully the government will open up and provide cryptocurrency education to their community.

Right that crypto is a safe haven for someone that is looking to beat inflation. Although it's still risky and you may also have some losses along your way but I have bet on it with most of my life savings, it's on bitcoin. Inflation is growing bigger and bigger yearly and if you don't do something or find something for your money to protect against it, you'll be losing your money anyway. My point is instead of watching your money lose against inflation, take the risk of investing and crypto is the best place for it.

Because, humanity get used to paper money until cryptocurrency and no one don't understand how we can use cryptocurrency instead of note or coin. I think, cryptos can take place of paper money.

The economy is going up,but the cryptocurrency prices aren`t.What`s wrong with the world? Undecided
Inflation=more profits for the rich elite, while the middle class and the poor will have to work harder to maintain their purchasing power at the same level as it was back in the previous years.
I`m not sure that cryptocurrencies will make the inflation dissapear.

I don't think that economy going up everyday.
The economy goes through various stages of growth, stagnation and decline, which is constantly changing.
Please study the stock market collapse 1929 or in 2008.
We can learn a lot from it.
The growth of the economy should be balanced, in line with supply and demand.
There is no other way.
Good crypto projects will also grow, step by step, depends on supply and demand, I believe.

money will spin continuously in the midst of humans, be it Fiat and digital currency. Each has a different place and is still needed.
for example: price increases in red peppers are often caused by prolonged rainy weather or dry season.

I have studied it and am still looking for new pieces of information. As we can see from 2004 to 2008 everything is almost going up faster and faster.
Before

after

I have started to watch more documentaries and series about economics, and it gives a lot of insight.

Economy is going up, yes. Take a look at what Trump has done for the Stock Market and what China is doing.
But the poor countries are getting f*cked over.
Inflation is how the rich make money, they take loans, try to inflate their currency which then makes it easier for them to pay back.
Or as I mentioned above, they sell bespoke tranche opportunities same as CDOs.

So we see this cycle over and over and over.

And crypto projects is not about the price of the currency. Dogecoin can go up to 100million $ today, but it still won't have any value. (As in working product, something of that nature)
Projects which don't care about the value of their coin, and are trying to create something to change the world are the ones who will survive.

Not really, because let's say we live in a world where we only have crypto. What's the price of 1l of milk? 1 Satoshi? 1 EOS? 0.001 ETH?

We have to have fiat and crypto, they can work together. Crypto will make fiat more stable, and it will help poor people because you can create cryptocurrency which someone can earn, and then turn it into fiat very easily.

So, businesses and what not will use crypto for transferring money or something, but they will also have cash in their bank.

The Economy is going up indeed as markets are getting more and more free. However, the fiat money system is poisoning the water significantly. The 2008 financial crisis which was triggered mainly by the erroneous policy of the Fed was not really fixed, it was only stuffed with painkillers which postponed all negative effects which will inevitably reappear. No wonder, it will have a snowball effect and therefore consequences of the next economic crisis will be even more devastating.

If people create money 'out of thin air', it will not help to overcome the inflation, because this money supply will not be controlled, so the amount of goods is likely to stay the same while the amount of money rises. Or is it not what you wanted to say about cryptocurrencies? They sure can overcome inflation in the sense that many have limited supply, but if there's an unlimited amount of currencies that are accepted as payment, then the inflation is not under control.

I agree with you. It's a stupid act to put money in the bank. Most countries in the world are printing money crazy, our wealth is constantly shrinking, Fiat is inflation every year. This is why I joined the encryption world, where we can find a better way to hedge.
