Not everyone from those 71k registered users are investors. I think some are only people who joined the bounty program.

Further down the road, they will be offering services which would obviously come at a cost to the people and/or companies using them.

What i know for sure is that the team has allocated 5% of all tokens. I think that should be enough for them, not needed anything from fees or token sale.

Isn't that without question that funds raised during the ICO will be used mainly for development? That should be the major position and marketing should only be ramped up if it's time to do so.
