Hello Everyone, I'm very new to Altcoins, Cryptocurrencies In General. I'm Looking for someone's advice that has been around for a while to kind of give me some tips or pointers on how to spot legit coin's, what to look for before investing. Really just any guidance on a basic level would be greatly appreciated.
Since you are a newbie, why not looked at a more stable coin than investing in Ico, once you have ample knowledge on what kind of coins are the one that looks stable, you will have an idea on a good coin to invest, Ico now is more like a gambling many of them are running away.

if I before I start investing in the altcoin I want, I usually paste it first on whitepaper, community, hype, and code. there we can know how their project runs and the purpose of the project. it can minimize unwanted risk. get used to reading and analyzing first before investing in altcoin to be invested.

discover the group that is behind the crypto you'd get a kick out of the chance to use for venture. This unquestionably will make an assurance whether it could succeed and regardless of whether later on. Additionally, in the long haul venture is surely required a solid crypto and can get by for quite a while.

Don't looked at a more stable coins, first thing that you should do are stay in forum and gather a lot of information, don't just invest your money without enough knowledge. You need to know that invest in crypto would have a big risk, don't listen to what the other says, it's better to do it by yourself.

Well, first of. If you want to invest into a market right away, you should first find a coin that has a good volume. Next is visit its site or thread here to research on what that coin can do. Research everything about it and the team behind it. The concept would also help too. If you think that it's good enough. Then invest.

I guess that the beginner should start with the self-education. If you decide to invest in a particular project, then first carefully study it. read this forum. Wish you best of luck!

I’d recommend you at first do not hurry up to buy good looking coins. You have to carefully analize the project interesting for you, read everything concerning to it, especially about the team, who support the project and how real the goals and roadmap. Even if you will be sure in the reliability of the project it will not give you 100% of success.

analyzing coins is very much needed experience as you say even though coins have a good structure but do not guarantee 100% success. experience is needed in determining coins and when to buy and sell them. So my advice is that a beginner must have an experienced mentor.

With altcoins, you might want to be more thorough and careful with your decisions. There are a lot of shitty altcoins and the best way to not lose your money is by making sure you are not investing in any of those. Do a critical analysis and review on a coin before investing in it. Might want to consider choosing from the top listed altcoins.

Now you have a lot of time to learn something how crypto is working, what are the main positives of cryptotechnology, why we need cryptocurrencies. Then read some news, reviews and do your own research and after that invest your money.

Hello, if you are a beginner, the first thing I advise you to start with the study of the market. Read news, articles, learn more topics on this forum. There's all the information you need. Do not join questionable projects, better invest in the top 20. Otherwise, there is a possibility of losing your Deposit.

Every team that tries to being a token on board have a problem in mind to solve. Check the project they are undertaking, analyze and it see if it is well structured. Also check how investors are interested in the project. The more investors are interested, the well it will get.

Do you want to invest in exchange or you want to invest in ICO? If you want to invest in trading platforms, learn more about the trading methods and events you want to buy coins. If you want to invest in an ICO, find out about the roadmap, team, whitepaper and what the project is about.

I think the first thing you need to do as a newcomer is to be familiar with this market, because the fluctuation of this market is very big. If you invest in cryptocurrency without familiarizing with the market, then you are likely to lose your money, so It is very important to be familiar with the market.

You can get in touch with several people that have been in the system and follow their guide for you to understand the market. Make research, study any coin you find interesting, ask other people their opinion and in the end, Make Your Own Decision

For novices, if you don't have proper education, you will face a lot of risks. You may end up buying the wrong coin and getting no return to reduce risk, invest in education and first understand the basics.
