Where to invest long term aside from Bitcoin?

Hi, good day guys! Newbie here so I'm asking you to help me with my long term investment. Aside from bitcoin, where should I invest my money and Why?

This might seem obvious, but if you are looking to invest long term, then you need to look for a coin that has long term value.
Seems simple, but the thing is, if you do a lot of research, almost all of the top 100 coins have no long term value.

The worst ones are those that don't even have a product yet and it is taking them forever to release something.
Then there are the ones that just have no development happening, as if the project is frozen in time.
And of course you have tons of copycat coins, either copying eth , monero, or the other big name ones.

The important thing to look for is if the coin solves a real world problem in a practical and realistic way.
Then you need to see if it does it better than similar coins.
Then you need to jump in and get to know the devs and how committed they are to a long term vision.
Can take quite a lot of time.

Apart from Bitcoin, I think you can aw well invest in Ethereum. It is a promising Altcoin, to the fact that so many ICOs are based on it.

For me aside from BTC the good long term investment is etherium since it is now the fast growing it is also now good to buy. And i know that etherium will be more valuable in the near future and it is for our future.
