you should be patience when choosing bounty program, because you can do a lot of work, but earn little or nothing. You must monitoing bounty managers quality, project usecases, team, roadmap and so on.

Yes, these are some metrics which we have to check before joining any bounty because without checking we can't simply join for 3 months of promotion. We have to research all possible ways to find when the company have potential has developed after the conclusion of their crowd sales.

Many new managers who doesn't have credentials unlike those days when people you mentions are still active doing the bounty campaigns, chances to receive decent rewards and make your work being paid well, now it's a gamble participating with new campaigners, also the reason why I joined the campaign that I'm with right now, manager was also known knowing for running campaigns.

Exactly, now a days it is impossible to find the good bounty because there are new managers managing the bounty based on the rating given by the ICO listing website. So it is good to research ourselves before participating in a bounty campaign.

I dont see sylon anyomre but jamal he is still verry active on handling bounty campaigns while yahoo is rarely managing  because he is picky  . he said that he will only accept legit projects  although yahoo is actively managing sig campaigns that are paying in btc .

But even if how reputable the manager are , they cannot still guarantee the success of the campaign and most of all , they  wont also handle the payments  because their jobs is to only accept people and count their post .

In choosing best bounty you should be observant and be patience in seeking it.

1.  Check the whitepaper first find out what is the flow of the program of their project.

2.  Know the usages of the utility token of the project.

3.  Find out how much budget allocation they have in the project.

4.  But if the BM(bounty manager) has a good reputation here in the forum its an advantage, but its not necessary all BM should have that

    reputation, its still fine if they are new or not.

That's very important, don't decide immediately, make your own research like you are planning to invest.

This is true, good manager always due investigation prior accepting the job because it's their reputation
is also at stake. Your manager may end up managing a legit campaign however that does not mean you will get your expectation.

I know most of our expectation as a bounty hunter is to see our coin valuable as most of us will just dump right after we received it.

Now, the time is different, most of the bounty hunters will dump so it will only cause a dump which decrease the value of your holding.

This is a basic thing to do, but you can give that job to the manager, if he decide to take the job, meaning team are legit.
