Honestly I dont understand people here complaining about deposits and login...

Today was the fiirst day I tried scrypt.cc and I invested 0.4 btc. Like it is quote on their website, before we can use our BTC we must way 3 confirmations, or in other words the next 3 btc blocks that will be mined. After 2-3 minutes, I saw that my deposit was there, but not confirmed. After those 3 confirmations, I was free to use my btc to buy some Khashs in their trading platform and I started to received every 10 minutes a payout.

I was able to login everytime too...

You have very little experience and not using much intelligence to base a view on such limited experience.   The deposit issue was very real and it seems there is still a number of stuck deposits.   I'm sure they will all be made good, but I can understand how people are frustrated.   The login issues are frequent, if you use the site much you will hit them.    

EDIT:  I've heard there are plans to upgrade the server being used and that will hopefully reduce the issues people have been hitting.   It was a lot better a year ago, but there were nearly so many people using the site then.

I don't think that admin post here.
The deposit were delayed, support can fixed manually those over 12hours, post your address.
The site has a lot of success what pulls these inconveniences but everything should become again normal quickly.

Dyask, honestly whats your problem ? Thats normal I dont have experience with scrypt.cc because even in my text that you quoted, I said that it was the first I used them and share that it was working for me.

So I'll be fair and polite and give you a big fuck you for you lack of respect, dumbass.

I've been reading this thread for a couple of days, and have been using scrypt.cc for about a week now. The site seems fo be decent but i've run across most of the problems i've read about, as well as an obscure one that may have been discussed before. I made a deposit today and while it was being verified the deposit amount was displayed correctly. after it verified i had only a small percentage of the deposit amount, as if my deposit had been discarded except for the small amount i was given. I've sent a support ticket regarding this issue, but if anyone else has any information or a similar problem i'd like to know.

The transaction id in the block chain is 4bbfd76bb4ea95deccb77f1fcaa42a89582813d4e8b7c1d1612f2b5e1f5c7c01, and it shows the correct amount, yet i was not given this amount to use. any help would be appreciated.

Then the amount appears not on the account, but is used directly to buy KHS.

I just experienced a really strange problem on Scrypt.CC. First, I saw a much lower KHS on the Dashboard and another (also lower) KHS on the Trade page. Then I went to settings, where I saw the user name and e-mail address of another user... I freaked out a bit, thinking someone had hijacked my account, so I tried to logout, which did not work. I wasn't able to speak in the chat window either. Then I pressed CTRL-F5 and I was logged out. However, now, when I try to login, I return to "https://scrypt.cc/index.php"...

Anyone else just experience something like that? I was able to see that others were seeing strange KHS at the end...

Site got a new Server. There was a problem with the caching.
Admin is online at the moment and fixing it.

And before someone ask: Market Engine is disabled at the moment.
Should be done in 5 Minutes.

Some people are just jealous on what this site can offer soo they try to put it down .dont be worried to much they are doing their best i think.

i told admin about the login problem. he said everything should work.

deposits should now also work again. except some older that are stuck.
these must be solved by hand. open a ticket with TXID. and please only 1.

and BTC / KHS values also correct again.

Yeah, I really like the way it worked when I was able to use it! I only just started today, but it's a lot of fun! First you invest a bit, you buy some mining power, and you can immediately invest what you earn, further increasing your mining power

Thanks! I deleted my cache, deleted any scrypt.cc-related cookies, and I'm in again! And my KHS is back to normal, even 96 KHS higher, as the auto-invest did its job in the mean time. Thanks a bunch for relaying my questions!

Yes, i do have auto invest activated at 100%, however it has always stated the correct amount in my deposit page, as well as the amount of kh/s that was purchased was only as much as the reduced amount. I'm not sure what happened or if i simply made a mistake somewhere, however during the confirmation phase it displayed correctly. I will try to clear my browser cache and cookies, as this has been reported the last few hours to have corrected a few things. However, thank you for the responses as well as the information that has been provided.

It does not appear that clearing my browser data and cookies has corrected the problem i am experiencing. I have not had problems such as log in/out errors other than the site being busy, refusing to allow me to browse it. I will have to wait for my ticket to be addressed. I also see people referencing a chat window on scrypt.cc's page however it is not displayed in my browser, only the main things like the dashboard, and trade logs. Each page is missing a chat window. Perhaps i have missed it somewhere...

If you open the trade page, then wait a bit, you'll see a closed chat window on the bottom right side. Open that and you can see what's going on

Have you opened a link from an e-mail, which promises free KHS?
Then you've fallen for a phishing site. Your KHS and BTC are highly likely gone.

The admin can not do much there. You would have to prove that the account really belongs to you. What will be difficult.

Open a new account and open a support ticket. Explain your case. Perhaps there is a way.

But I think it is unlikely. Everyone must inform in advance about possible dangers herself.
I know this sounds harsh, but if you're not careful, it's your own fault, I'm sorry.
