At one point I was the sixth largest account holder at Scrypt.cc (you can look at the Scrypt.cc leaderboard to get an idea of just how much of an investment that was).  Recently I've sold most of my KHS and moved the BTC to secure accounts.  I still have an investment in Scrypt.cc but it's some of the BTC that I've made as profit over the last few months.  There has been a lot of conjecture on this forum about whether Scrypt.cc is legitimate or not.  The bottom line is that if you're trying to get that question answered by reading what other's have posted in a forum, you'll never find it.  Only a handful of people, probably less than 10, actually know if Scrypt.cc is a legitimate enterprise.  There are some very positive signs from Scrypt.cc--the admins are responsive, the site runs well, withdrawals occur without issue, and most of the people that say they got "scammed" out of BTC either don't know what they're doing, have made some mistake, or are trying to pull one over on Scrypt.cc (and us).  But at the end of the day, Scrypt.cc has not done enough to assuage investors' fears about the site.  They must do more to convince us ultra-conservative investors who have been scammed before that they're not a Ponzi scheme.  The cryptocurrency mining industry is plagued by a lack of transparency.  It is very difficult to assess a cloud mining provider and know if they are legitimate or not.  And most of those outfits that are not scams offer very poor returns.  What this means is that if cloud mining provider can offer a good profit and a fast ROI, they will stand out and attract investment.  What's more, they would also know that more transparency would give them a competitive advantage since it is so lacking in the industry.  Scrypt.cc has the first attribute--good profit and fast ROI--but they lack the second--transparency.  This unwillingness to give more details about how they are able to offer such great returns is enough to seriously question investing any substantial amount of money.  I haven't lost total faith in Scrypt.cc but they must become more transparent.  If they don't, it's likely that they've got something to hide, namely, the fact that they're a Ponzi scheme.

Paragraphs dude.

In response I recommend taking a look at hashnest, they provide all the transparency one could ask for in cloud mining. They tell you what currencies are being mined as well as providing charts and graphs. That is how a cloud mining operation should be done. SCC is pathetic compared to hashnest.

Hashnest's ROI is also pathetic.

Depends on the miners you're investing in. The S5 is not far behind SCC in respect to ROI. That's not the point. ROI doesn't mean shit if you're spending your btc at a site that doesn't protect it for you.

Ok, here's what I don't get: Half the posters in here are claiming to get ripped off by SCC and that it's a scam. The other half are claiming it's legit and even posting evidence to back this up. So where the fuck is the owner of SCC? and why is he not posting on here reassuring potential investors? Does this dude not see all the potential investment just waiting for some positive reinforcement here? I myself am holding back on investing $500+ because of all the drama I see in here.
Due to the way this business is set up, they are not interested in large amounts of investors. That would likely drive prices up and ROI down for everyone. It's a service, it's there and people can use it or not, but there is no payoff in trying to attract more people.

Look inside yourself, and you will see that you are the bubble.

In the last few days Hashnest too is not giving answers for (probably double charge of fees) and in the last 24 hours if you withdraw something your account goes to auditing and freezed... so also hashnest is not in good light.......
