MARCELO SANTOS owner of scrypt.cc is a thief and stole all my bit coins.
said my account was hacked as a cover up.

Your stupid Enough to get hacked have you locked your email account?

Admin looked into this.
According to him, none of the in last time hacked accounts had a second mail registered.
some had PIN deactivated.

Have no reason to doubt his statement.

Very high probability of misuse.
Own fault. No Refund. Case closed.

I'm very sure that isn't true.   You may have been hacked but it wasn't by Marcelo.   He has been very honest and goes out of his way to make things right.

It is true the security at scrypt.cc takes a bit of work.   There are a lot of things you can do to protect yourself:
 * Always use https://   (not http)
 * Only go there by typing the URL (eg. https://scrypt.cc)  It isn't long.
 * Use a PIN
 * Use two email accounts and lock them in the settings
 * Make sure your email accounts are secure.
 * Use a strong password and it should be different than any other site's password.
 * Don't give any of your account information out to anyone.

That sounds likely.   It is sad, but people need to learn to be careful.

"Hello dear member, your account was selected this week to win free 50000 KHS.

We're giving away every Monday prizes that go from 10000 to 100000 KHS.
**Please note we never will ask your PIN to login, If you go to anysite that our log ask for pin, close it.

Go here to receive your prize: Scrypt CC Prize"

While i wouldn't mind winning this prize these social engineers/hackers are dumb as hell, if anyone gets an email like this make sure you DONT click the link.

No, it is not normal. Maybe it is because of large influx of visitor and new user. Be patient.

Yes. It is a fairly shoddy operation. But the core functionality works.

If you get "server busy" page hardcode the URL to https://scrypt.cc/login.php into your browser and it should take you to the login page.

Traffic has shot up since January which is why we're experiencing this. Alex metrics below:
