Use two emails and lock them.  If you use something like gmail you can use 2FA on that.   Also always use a PIN all the time.   Finally only got to the site by typing https://scrypt.cc    ----  ALWAYS https, not http

I'm not a long time user, but so far i haven't fount either
Someone said it's to come by the next months..
What i can sugest you is to lock your emails and insert 2fa in them, it seems the best option so far.

To change locked emails you will have to send a ticket on the support area, but i never did it so i don't really know what will they ask you for, like a form to prove you are the real owner and not a hacker trying to get access to email for withdraw reasons.

Got it, but i was not saying you were a hacker, but that they will ask for something to prevent a real one to do what you are asking for.

I was thinking in a way to find a referral link to get him a trust+, as i haven't found any.. i can confirm too i've done it and it went all fine.
The deal made me trust more in the service and made me look foward in investing more in to it.

Have you downloaded and executed a "KHS Multiplier"?
Or did you receive an email that promises "Free KHS" and clicked a link there?

Your case sounds like the 20 others who have fallen for a phisher / keylogger.
Your KHS may still be there when the PIN is enabled.
The admin will probably again can give access to you.
But your BTC are highly likely gone.

And here again the info: The Keylogger is undetected.

This means an anti-virus program does not help.
Also Online Scanner as 'virustotal' will not help.

NEVER open an unknown .exe.

If you get this mail:

Urgent action on your scrypt.cc account You have 24 hours to verify your account

Don't open that Link and insert your account data!
And yes, apparently there really are idiots who do it..

I have the same problem and error message as the user above. I didn't respond to any email to verify my account. However, I did change my ID/password the previous day on the site. When I tried to login again I started getting these error messages. If any Admin is here from Scryptcc I tried to email you with no response.

Have you tried your old ID?   Seriously I don't understand why anyone would ever change the account ID, that is just asking for trouble.

First: Delete your Mail and ID from this Post.
Never make them public!

Have you tried the Password reset Option?

If that does not work, open new account.
There then open a ticket with your data.
Wait until Admin look for it.

Do? Nothing. Just wait.
And stop sending Tickets. 1 Ticket is enough.
The admin will take care of it when he has time.
There are hundreds of tickets per day. And it was weekend.
He don't work 24/7/365. Patience.

Did u had an active PIN? Give a look at completed orders see if it can give you a clue, but you probably got hacked..
Anyway locked emails/pin? Email link with account info? If you have done this kind of thinks you probably got some malware.. and lost your stuf sorry to say so but it's hard admin could do something about this

yes I have pin enabled. I never gave my account info to anyone. I do not care for the btc I had in there I can always get that back. just hope I can get my khs back
