Of course you need to wait because you loss some money, you need to wait until the green comes come then it's up to you if you want to sell it or not.  Don't do sell when you loss some capital unless your coin doesn't chance to pump or rise.

The reason you get loss was when you sell your token or coin even you get loss because you are afraid then you buy when it was too high because you think it rise up again.  What if you bought a coin then you wait it until it rise?  So you can gain more profit than selling your coin even it is dump or fall.

The question I would ask is what is it you are waiting for? Is it for lower prices to buy in? You may not see lower prices. Many have made that mistake, thinking that they missed an earlier price increase and the market will give them a second chance. They are still waiting. If you really want to invest and you are worried that prices may go lower in the short term you can simply break your investment into smaller tranches and invest them at regular intervals. Like breaking a $1000 investment into 10 x $100 tranches and investing over a 10 week time frame.

How can you know when it's the "best price"? Sometimes it happens that you may think the price is the best and you sell or buy, but the market continues to fall or grow and now you regret that you hurried with the decision of the best price. It is happening to me regularly.
