Yes! In my opinion, we can track up people who holds bitcoin and how much he holds on. Even you don't have any access with his wallet and even you are not a hacker, you can see the bitcoin's owner through the signature. I do that already when a familiar person sent me bitcoins in my wallet. Using the transaction, I saw his key that he used to send the BTC. Therefore, I know already his wallet eventhough I don't have any access with it.

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

it could be if they knew your wallet address, if the person didn't know your wallet address then they would have a hard time knowing your bitcoin assets. and I don't think you can just keep your wallet address so many people know it
right, even though they don't know about the world of Cryptocurrencies and bitcoin, I will tell about bitcoin and the benefits of bitcoin to my friends and close friends, if they are interested in joining then I will tell them how to get bitcoin easily and at the right time based on market prices.

Cryptographic wallet is secured at its basic form because it has private keys that you should always keep it away from cyber criminals around. If you fail to protect these keys, then you are just revealing your wallet to these criminals and allow them to loot whatever you have in there.

I was following a thread and was amused by some of the answers. I'm interested to see how much people know.
It's very simple: to find out that you are a user or owner of bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies, you can simply contact your provider and ask for a printout of the resources you visit. Next is the matter of technology. Over passwords will not be there, but that's where you come in you will find very easily and quickly.

not just bitcoin but all cryptocurrency in general are pseudo anonymous. It's up to you and how you handle your transaction and how you keep your asset.
I believe transparency is key characteristic of blockchain and with now KYC for more exchanges I believe being anonymous is now just a history.

isn't it just the Centralized Exchange that applies the KYC process to its users?
and I think for the decentralized exchange, it still puts forward anonymous nature in every transaction that occurs
then how can the government know, that I am doing crypto assets?

If you keep your bitcoins for a long time somewhere in cold storage, hardly anyone will know about them. However, if you go with them to exchanges and exchangers, while registering and leaving your information, then there is no question of anonymity here. It should be taken into account that bitcoin is only relatively anonymous and if you will simply carry out trading activities, even without leaving your data openly anywhere, then the secret services will be able to easily calculate you if you so desire.

The principle of unchanging rule of thumb is not to rely on any form of backup, which makes hackers look into their computers and cause cyberattacks. of you you should be careful

It is pseudo anonymous so if you are not careful it can be revealed. That i believe because if you are not careful enough with your information it will be known to people that is why hackers are everywhere, for those who are careless.

If you don't talk about it with anyone and if you hold your bitcoin on cold storage then i believe no one will know that you own bitcoin. It is different if you install some crypto app on your phone or notebook and other people see it, they can guess that you own bitcoin although they won't know how much you have.

I think no one will know that you have your own bitcoin unless you will share it to them, what I mean is that you tell them about it. Also if you secured it and place it in a cold storage well expect that no one will know it. Just be wise and responsible on bitcoin you have.

Yes, it is hard to know that you have own bitcoin because blockchain is a decentralized system and no third party knows you have that kind of transaction, even if someone intentionally search but still they don't know the person behind the wallet address.

If you use several wallets, then no one will know, you need a wallet for storage that is not highlighted and is used only for storage, but for other transactions. Can open only when the exchange where it is necessary to provide documents.

You can hide everything if you are cautious. For example, transferring money to different bank accounts before buying crypto with it, using VPN and all.

Bitcoin users are anonymous unless a holder announces his ownership to a particular wallet. It is possible to view the amount of Bitcoin in a specific wallet but appears almost impossible to know the holder of that wallet.

That's right wallet address can be seen but to reveal the real owner is not possible not unless the user itself declares his identity, that's one of those reasons why many people support and use the chain, they wanted to hide their money inside btc and aimed for long term hold and continue to invest without a trace coming from other people.

I really do not know how they found it. Are they capable of programming or as a hacker? I'm also confused about this issue.
