There 7 cryptocurrency that are legal in thailand , its Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Ethereum Classic, Ripple, Litecoin, and Stellar. They also regulate the ICO. Now ICO can't be traded with fiat anymore and there is a fee for license.

http://www.livebitcoinnews.com/thai-sec-confirms-ico-tokens-will-not-be-traded-against-fiat-currencies/

What do you think about this regulations? I think its fair enough and i do think in few months 7 of this coin value could be increasing if more country has the similar regulations such as thailand.

Well, in my opinion it is a good news though crypto market is not in good state they still regulates. They really adopt how technology greatly influenced their country!

my opinion about this rule is that the ICO who can't use fiat again to trade in Thailand causes the ICO price to follow the bitcoin prices that fluctuate and I don't understand why ICO has to pay to get licenses

HAppy for those who accept bitcoin and make it legal in their won country.. but for everyone's country it will take long, because not all counrty are the same, for these to be legalized much so to regulate wil take long process and weigh things out to iron it and to materialize it.. well let's hope that someday it will happen just as we hope it to be.

Without it the governments are going to follow through with their  threat of banning the cryptocurrency. And with regulation, it's going to do away with some criminal elements who are using it for their own purposes.

Regulating cryptocurrency is one of the best way for this community to be legalized in many countries if not the whole world.from this point governments may put taxes and will take what they own from us,not like now that they don’t have even small amount as taxes from all of the people who gains huge here

I think these 7 countries are not too much of an influence from the bitcoin price movement because from that result we know that there are even a few countries that prohibit the circulation of bitcoin and I am very sure that it only takes a certain time in the future for the country to prohibit circulation, it will give permission the circulation of bitcoin in the future.

I think that such regulations are more good than bad because crypto really needs to enter law zone in all countries so it will get more stable probably.

Yes for sure in this regarded bitcoin is going to have good future, the more transaction will be done the more people will get to know about bitcoin so we are living in age where everything is being digital now it means for sure bitcoin should get legal and regulate, so in future more and more people will accept bitcoin and they will happily invest to it for the sake of bright and shining future.

The regulation and legalization of bitcoin can only be done when the government and bitcoin and cryptocurrency will agree to terms and conditions which are set by bith parties involved in the legality of cryptocurrency in each country that accepted bitcoin and cryptos.

Regulations aren't a bad thing if it helps spread the adoption of crypto, but in this scenario, it's hard to tell. Personally I don't like what Thailand is doing.

This would be beneficial for the entire cryptocurrency market. Regulations and legalization of crypto market will motivate the public to invest in the market who have trust issues. The fear of the general public will be reduced significantly. This will also reduce the crimes done by using cryptos. This would help in exploiting the potential of the cryptocurrency market to the fullest and would ensure some stability in the market.

Cryptocurrency users have increased worldwide, openly or secretly, they use it both for trade and investment. The government must issue regulations that legalize cryptocurrency, because banning is not even useful. What needs to be considered is how to make added value for cryptocurrency, which is to give tax revenue and improve the welfare of the country.

Thailand government is doing the right thing, ICOs and many small altcoins do not yet have legality because their security is still questionable and not guaranteed, while well-known coins like bitcoin, Ethereum, etc. have been regulated because they are guaranteed safe and impossible to scam..

I agree. There are people who are afraid of scams and pyramiding that is why they wanted legal market and if we say legal it is regulated with rules and laws and such. And with this it will probably boost the population of the market of the legal coins. And this is a good indication for the better future.

Crypto values will be more stable when there are clear regulations from each country and this is evident in Thailand that has legalized several kinds of crypto, we have none of the Crypto legal and this has an impact on local exchange which is always fluctuating and a surge occurs due to the arrangement of several large players
