Hey Vladrak, Thanks we appreciate that! We are in talk with quite a few smaller exchanges, and are looking to list with one medium exchange within 2 weeks of our token sale finishing. We can't release the names of the exchanges until after a successful ICO but we can promise to be listed in the case of a successful ICO! Hope this answered your question! We are very responsive on all other channels. You can Tweet at us, or Facebook message us, or post on our sub-reddit as well to get in contact. Or ask on this forum of course! |

For sure. We mentioned this in our Whitepaper. We want to cooperate and partner with other projects and platforms that we can benefit from their services or what they offer! We are starting to reach out to different projects, we don't expect any official partnerships until we've achieved a successful start to the project (our ICO sale). Something that gives us and our project validity however even before our ICO sale is our existing products! We have a gambling dApp out, Flip, here: flip.etherace.io and our decentralized derivatives market has begun with our first speculation contract out here: ou-contract.etherace.io To answer the question simply, yes we are actively looking for co-ops between us and other projects. |

Yes ACE Dividends (ACED) token holders receive dividends from platform profits generated by service fees on our decentralized derivatives market and what the 'house' earns in ETH. The dividends are paid out quarterly, and as volume and profit picks up, become monthly then even shorter amounts of time. It is a great way to make some passive income whether the market is up or down, because our platform will make money / be used whether the market is going up or down. |

Our softcap in USD is $520,000 and is 1040 ETH estimated if the price of ETH is $500 USD. Our hardcap in USD is $5,200,000 and is 10,400 ETH estimated if the price of ETH is $500 USD. Hopefully this answered your question! Note the ETH estimates are based off the a $500 USD ETH price. |
