So what do you guys think is going to happen on the 25th, in regards to the price of Auroracoin? I've lost so much money, and don't know if I should hold or take my insane amount of loss. I learned my lesson.

Personally I think the lesson to learn here is that you must never jump in on a hyped market for short term profit.

I hold a bag of over 4000 AUR now and am in no way worrying the least bit. Even if price drops below $1 I still haven't lost any money. Why? I have seen this coins prophecy well in advance and got behind it from the start. And also I am not backing out cause of panic sellers because I know Balduro is legit in his plans.

Once people start to see the big picture you will most definitely see the panic sellers turn back into panic buyers. That can be a good exit point for you. I'm in this for at least years to come!

So for now, you haven't lost any money my friend, You have just invested in something that hasn't become profitable yet. The worst play anyone can do is jump in high on an investment and sell the moment it drops. It's not long anymore before the airdrop and I have good faith in things to come at that stage!

Sorry if I was a little rude with my comment. Your contribution to AUR is notable. Please DO NOT suggest a potential $1 AUR value to the startup and talk about long term investment. It will scary everybody and stimulate a massive sale. It will not help anybody. The coin need investors today, not long term small investors (this is a extremely dynamic world).  Other developers could launch a similar crypto-coin oriented to your region in a blink of an eye with a different vision (Energy/cool temps sales on internet as I suggest before). and your 4000 AUR will not have any value in short, mid and long term.

Your comment about below $1 AUR scary any AUR holder, including me. Be careful with price suggestions.

You had 4000*90 $ at one moment Now you would have only 4000*1.
If you would have sold your coin then now you would have 36000.
A loss is a loss.

I still have the same BTC I bought <100 , but if I would have sold in December I would have 2x the amount now.

If he really holds longterm, the current price doesn't matter. But if he sold at 90$ and bought back with a lower price he would have easily 5x or 10x more coins. And that ouch. I think many people think the same with Bitcoin. There was a possibility to sell at 1150$ and buy back at 400$. I think not many long term holders did this, but they could have... and that matters. But it is unrealistic to sell and buy exactly at the right time. To sell all bitcoins at 1150$ would have been no smart move with not knowing the future. There was a possibilty that the price goes to 3000$ and only back to 1500$.

I have 19.64 and spent about 1.6 btc on this stuff. Price goes down ever hour it seems. What happened since Saturday that made it go so low? It was .036 then.
Update: Some market whales are buying up the coins very cheap as there are tons of market trades for low aur prices. They I think are going to pump the coin hence the reason for buying so low and making the market tank.

not dead just sinking not known yet if it is or was a scam many will say scam but have little to prove as such. We need to get to block 5200 at the current rate of block discovery i doubt we will get there before the 25th if we do it will be damn close so the coin is very delicate to being mined right now as long as the pools dont hit it too hard the difficulty remains reasonable but when they smack it they drive the difficulty up quick.

If it was a scam dev should have dumped the 10 million coins when it hit .17 as it stands now it seems most of the whales are full and waiting for spike.

And there are regular updates there has been 2 patches the tw exploit from bcx is now dead in the water the coin is safe when the fork hits. So now is a decent time to buy in or start mining.

Yes, but I don't agree the whales are full. They keep eating. They tanked the coin  since Sat (some could argue before but wtv) as sat it was .036 now sells seem to be auto sells. (hbp)

They are trying to pump and dump , but those are not whales. Look at the volume , they don't have the purchasing power to do it , and the walls are not helping them at the moment either.

Listen it is not normal for AUR to tank this low. This is clearly a sign to stand clear.

This is not pull back or slight profit tanking, its a clear sign that something isn't right.
