People like Warren Buffett or Bill Gates would not support bitcoins anymore, but yeah, the logic behind this topic is really good and if people stop selling under panic to these giants and start accumulating at such low prices and if we buy the rumor (which might become a fact) that SEC is going to accept some Wall Street ETFs in August, which might turn into some very big viagra-tic candles once confirmed and will be an opportunity that will be out of our hands. $20,000 is very much possible. Last years bull run was unprecedented and no one expected that Bitcoin can hit or reach $19,000 and when it did it actually triggered dumping of Bitcoin from new investors who are in for just a few days and not for long term investment. Thats why of you see the drop from $19,000 was so sharp and it never returned to that level again.

It will really take some time before investors could go back to the ecosystem. Not with all the regulations and the FUD and government banning. We need something concrete that will restore their confidence and says that bitcoin is still a good investment. Its really hard to imagine going from $19K to $6K but who knows, maybe next month we will hear something good that will change the attitude of our investors and suddenly pour their cash on the market.

Not everything is possible as there are somethings that are not actually realistic. No one should deceive themselves as this can only happen in a case where the trading volume is probably just $100.

We are talking about a huge capitalization here and even though it may not be that huge compared to when institutions want to kick, but obviously institutions always look forward to buying at dips and not just buying everything at once all the way squashing the sell walls. Moreover, market will always have a way of playing out and that includes several moves to try to break resistance or hold at a particular support.

It will take long time to reach to $20k again not tomorrow. Now the price is on the track and there is no big pump and dump in the price. Now it is normal and the previous big pump had been corrected. I think if the price increases by this ratio it will take 2 to 3 years to reach to $20k. we should be optimistic about the bright and good future of bitcoin.

There is a huge chance for the market price of bitcoins to return or surpass even more the previous market price which is $20k dollars because there are a lot of people today who are investing a huge amount which increases the demand in the market.

In theory, it's totally possible but in practice, I think you're just dreaming. And IF it happens to be sure there are some people and media who will jump on to say it is confirmed there is a market manipulation with all kind of conspiracy theories.

No way, which is why I laugh a lot at those who just feel they will wake up one morning and see bitcoin set at $20k. That is not done anywhere as no market works that way and most especially an established market with a huge volume. Just very few investors who are inexperienced from the start will be hurt by the downward movement of bitcoin as it is, as most smart ones will be taking the advantage of buying the dips anyway.

No doubt the value may go high very soon because the market factors when go in right direction then it will improve the value.

That might happen only in months not tomorrow itself. Bitcoin may hit $100k levels too in coming months but we need to bear what is happening right now with this market and cannot dream about those high levels to happen tomorrow itself.

I predict the value to be higher than 30k dollar value after 8 months and experts say that it will take at least 6 months to hit higher than 30k dollar so I am not an expert but having my own prediction about future value. However almost all the predictions have uncertainty in it and we do not come up with actual price when we reach to the actual future time then the value shows uncertainty with the predictive value.

You are right when you say that this topics are popular in a negative way, here on forum there aren`t so many of them, but social networks are full with ads about cloud mining sites, and promises about very big and fast profit, I can`t believe that people still buy this shit. It`s more than a waste of money and time, you risk your mind and nerves, most of this people who get into cloud mining come here later and cry how they lost their money and how crypto is a scam. in my opinion i think bitcoin price could reach $20,000 by december 2018. old market cycle end next few months and new cycle start soon.

The current market is not stable so price will be fluctuating this month also so we don't predict when it will going to peak or basket. I think end of the year some good reasonable value is possible so 15k to 20k USD is sure. But all are trying to increase the old thread so spam posts only increase in the forum not a Bitcoin price.

Now let me explain this nonsense from topic:

Currently we have 17 mil bitcoins according to statistics 4-6mil are already lost(forgotten pasword, burned during wrong transfers etc). That gives us 11 mil of bitcoins. Few mils are stuck on wallets where they have to be (for example mt gox wallet), on longtime hodlers etc. Lets say that we have 8 mil of bitcoins that can be possibly dump.

Now imagine that 1 whale came to the market tommorow and set buy order on 20k with 2 mil coins (500k to eat walls and 1500k to show that you are not the gay that others want to mess with ) - 40 bil offer.  Is it possible? - Warren Buffet has 80 bil $. Most of them are locked in investition but its only example
How many of those 8 mil would be dumped in this situation? How many fomo investors will jump in? I think that those 1.5 mil coins wont be eaten (many investors seeing that big wall wont sell). Some of traders will move their offers obove that huge wall to be able to trade at all. What if he would do this pump after first good news (redtube supports bitcoin   ). Society will make dozens of video and posts on forums that this caused bitcoin to moon.

Why would he do that?
Imagine he already have 1 mil coin bough from 5-5000$ (this makes 7 mil not 8 possible to dump). Selling them now will caus huge dump. After this huge pump he would be able to dump everything on higher prices.

This scenario happend in smaller scale 12 april 2018 when we had pump from 6900 to 8000 in 30 min. Someone just came to the market and said :"From today we trade at levels 8k+. If anyone disagree you are out of trading for next months". Some of traders and holders disagree and tries to dump their coins on him (thats why second candle after this pump was short with high volume).

Im not talking that this will happen tommorow. I post this math speculation to show you guys that in trading world nothing is ceraint. Even best analysis wont predict you from whales that can change market dramatically.
Good aspect of this is that its imposible to do that in south direction. Because if someone would use his few mil bitcoins to dump to 1$ there will be whales who would buy his few mil cos for few mil $ and stop this.

We have supports, resistances, trendlines, RSI but they have money. We should start to think like a whale. Thinking where he is trying to trick us. Where he is prepering for big moves etc. Alwais after any analysis try to think beafore transaction "isnt it a whale who is trying to push me into this trade by showing buy oportunity?"

If I was a whale and I was looking to benefit economically out of my investment I will try to buy as many coins as I could possibly can but do it in a way in which no one notice that way I could wait for the market or for another whale to try to manipulate the market to go up and I will obtain all the profits.

This cannot happen overnight because the value of Bitcoin depends upon a number of factors.Bitcoin's price is down from a very long time and it is not able to recover.Although it has the potential to reach this level but this will take a lot of time because the demand of Bitcoin is falling day by day and people are selling their Bitcoins at lower prices which is leading to the downfall of Bitcoin.Moreover it is also not supported by any central bank or government because it is decentralized.
