This dip is really useful in many crypto hunter so this is the best time to invest in cryptocurrency. But currently some NEO investors are afraid in this situation at the same time some peoples are interest to invest in NEO and ETH so as soon as possible these two altcoins are success in future.

I would gladly invest in any coins at this stage because the market is going through a correction phase but the problem with NEO and ETH is that the market will regulate new projects and when that happens it will restrict the growth of price in a huge way, with regulation there will be fewer projects and it wont help in attaining huge valuations in my opinion.

I share the same sentiment. This is a perfect opportunity to buy because bitcoin isn't going to fail. This is just a bear slump that is part of the usual crypto cycle. Today we are down, but in the coming week we will surely be up. We can't go down forever especially with all the development ahead being done ahead of us.
