It depends on which coins you want to invest. You can buy some expensive coins like ETH, BTC, LTC, but you won`t receive a very huge profit from it. Also, you can invest in cheap and promising coins, like NPXS, TRX, ADA, PRO. Make your own research work before investing in.

I think yes. You can buy some altcoins now. Especially neo and ethereum is really cheap. Ethereum is 200 dollar neo is 16 dollar now.
These prices are amazing . I actually think they can not go lower than this point . Maybe we will not see a bullrun in near future but atleast
i think these prices are the cheapest.

I think neo ont and ethereum very cheap at this time. When the bullish market comes they can make 5x 10x profit. Also they are in top 50 coins.

Try to buy some ethereum because as I observed ethereum right now is one of the most valuable coin among all and theres nothing to lose if you give a try. I will try to buy tons of medium altcoin rather than ethereum, it looks difficult to the ethereum to go back again to the peak price because it's pegged with the price of bitcoin. Remember so many icos are still doing a lot of pressure to the ethereum. With the latest report about ethereum roadmap 2.0 and it's worth to buy. The best major coin to buy today (09 Nov 2018) is probably ETH. It looks very under-priced vs the rest of the big coins. It is still the best altcoin out there and still has huge potential, it's just not quite reflected in price at the moment.
