What’s new with this fcking Man United? It’s always like this. You think they’re about to win, then they end up losing or draw again just like this last game. I really needed Man United win for an extra 1 slam point, but it still ended in draw.

Well, at least I’m still top 1 on the leaderboard. But it’s just a bit disappointing because last matchday I got the yellow cap, but there was no more freebet reward. The moment I finally win the yellow cap, that’s when there’s no more freebet anymore. Lucky at the time unlucky lol

Is nearby to impossible to guess what is gonna do Manchester United in their next game, worst of it this only worsener day by day, at least before they lose more than draw or win, but now a broken clock have more certainty than them.

I hate them i have them in my black list form a long time but damn i still cant believe what they do week after week.

Give me 2 yellow caps without freebets over 1 with, any time, all day long. For the purposes of the pool anyway. Happy to wake up and find Manure threw away points, so they're back where they started with Liverpool, just sitting above them on GD haha... To be honest, Saudi money is changing the perspective.
Before, you had a player that is reaching 32/33 years old and there wasn't much you could do with him. He played well, you kept him, he retired, great.

Nowadays you bought him for 40 mil and at 33 years old can sell him to a Saudi club for 60, any club that won't be pushing their players out will be missing on huge money that is being reused to strengthen the team.

I do understand both sides here - and balancing this is quite difficult. Bruno is an annoying crybaby, but on the other hand these things are happening. I'm sure that LFC caved in and signed with Salah for 2 years with a plan to ship him to Saudi Arabia after this season.

What are you talking about if even open scams are normalized? Like when the rat Isak refuses to fulfill a contract, but instead of being sued, fined, stripped of his license, etc., he ends up getting what he wants? To be honest, I have no complaints about either Salah or Fernandes in this context. No player is bigger than the club, but why shouldn't they defend their interests (without breaking the law)? They may be crybabies, but that's not prohibited, inflated egos are the norm in top sports.

Yeah we have got over inflated fees from Saudi now for Nunez, Fabinho and Henderson. Salah is the most famous Muslim player in the world probably so if they want him in the summer they can pay over the odds for him

Football is a business now, you have to do what you can as a club to get any advantage possible over your rivals. If we get an over inflated fee because Saudi desperately want Salah to help raise the profile of their league before they host the World Cup then good for both parties.

I think Sunderland will be hit hard with six missing players and Manchester United is missing three players like few other clubs.
Liverpool without Salah is maybe not going to be such a bad thing for them at the moment.

Yes is now like you have a open resseller market everytime you look for it, like you said before for players at determinate age they have two paths retirement or coming back to their former clubs, now you can sell them for a LOT of money to the Saudi market is a win-win for each part.

But i also i dislike it because it put again inflation in the market, and i hate to see any shit player costing a lot of money.

Probably the first time in such a long time we won't really be affected by AFCON. Not even sure now if that's a good thing or not, just yet another marker or how much things have changed for our team. End of an era, and not sure even if we will be getting a birth of a new era with all this seeming uncertainty.

In ordinary business, participants are punished for non-market actions (dumping or, conversely, monopolistic price increases, etc.), but in football, the Wild West reigns. As far as I know there is no prize for the player winning the most yellow caps.

I’m not sure whether I or xandry was the first yellow cap winner who didn’t receive the freebet for winning the yellow cap. xandry was the Week 14 Yellow Cap winner, I was Week 15, and mitchr4 was Week 16.

I already posted here before that I didn’t receive the freebet from winning week 15 yellow cap. There was no clear announcement about freebet prizes, which made the situation confusing. However since Sportsbet.io announced that they are ending all promotions here on bitcointalk, I think it’s safe to assume that they also stopped giving out freebets. Before leaving they did settle all the sponsored prizes pool, but not including the next yellow cap freebets winner.

Mohamed Salah seems to be the first to go to Saudi Arabia.
While Amorin according to the news still wants Bruno, it is difficult to release.

Liverpool without Salah is maybe not going to be such a bad thing for them at the moment.

This can now be understood after there are some people who have not received freebets from winning the yellow cap, so in the future if I win the yellow cap there is no need to ask again and it may be true that Sportsbet.io has stopped giving freebets every week... so for me it doesn't matter if I already know the story.

SB no longer has a representation on the forum, and Steve stated that he cannot promise freebets will stay until the end of the season and that he would try to get us freebets, but we should keep in mind that they will stop crediting freebets at some point. It has been three GWs since they stopped crediting, so it is safe to conclude it is over. All eyes on the main prizes now..

All forum representative got layed off, they're rebranding and focusing on Asian markets- they didn't plan for any of this, we can't blame them. Life happens.

The pool is 80% self funded ( I could be wrong) but I think we'd do absolutely fine next season from sign up fees.

Based on Steve's last update on November 10th the ongoing promotion on Bitcointalk will continue, which means the weekly winner should still be running as usual. Since we haven't seen any new updates since then, I assume the promotion is still active and operating normally.

However, there's something quite confusing users who previously received the Yellow cap winner mentioned that they didn't receive the freebet reward. This makes me wonder perhaps some technical issues. Hopefully, we can get a recent update about this.

I don't think that's a technical issue. They just stopped giving freebets to yellow cap winners.

I will try to keep the free bets coming but there is no telling for how long. You are all now aware of the SB situation.
