Seeing you come one with your own terms and clauses for bet is always hilarious... It always feels one is (always) looking for a really easy bet rather than one which seem fair and square all things being equal, while the other just want something fair in a bid to win for bragging rights (it might be easier to make someone brag less, if you're taking their money)   

He's asking me to remove penalty goals from Palmer when Wirzt is on a corner duty in a team with two 6,4 tall defenders ( VD and Konate)  and 6,5 attacker ( Ekitike) and in a more attacking role than Palmer.  Isn't that more hilarious? 

Why do I always have to give him +handicap ahead every season for him to keep taking my money? Gave him huge points advantage in fantasy last season. He has never gone fair with me ever!

Fair enough, to be honest, I don't know who is always offering what terms first, but whenever you come up with your own terms or let's say counter-terms as in this case, it's always out of the realm of reality.

Now he's proposing I go Over 17,5 goals for Palmer who is not a striker. Who does that

There was no market for 17.5 goals, but given that 15+ was @ 1.25 Odds and 20+ was @ 2.75, I strongly believe that 17.5 is number that is closest to being even for both parties, however, whether or not it's a bet I'd be willing to take is a complete different debate on its own.

Palmer’s probably going to take 7 or 8 penalties so over 17.5 goals might not be as great an achievement as we think.

I have to admit I’d be inclined to request penalties are removed from the side-bet if I was involved or if not then maybe over 20.5 goals.

If Palmer is this supposed world class attacking player that Chelsea fans say he is then he should be able to get 10 or more goals from open play.

Isn't Wirzt the league's most expensive midfielder?  We shouldn't be comparing Palmer to someone like that, so if anyone is taking a risk, it's me because Wirtz beat Palmer in G+A last season (league only). New league I understand but Wirzt is very good goal scorer.

Where can you find this rate for something that has happened before and should happen again? Just hope he doesn't get hurt and goes off for the season.

You will say Bitcoin, but not everyone has 100% of their money in bitcoin and it can fall when you need it before goes back to a new all time high.

If we talk about investments, then yes, 25% or 30% per annum is a good jackpot, but in betting we prefer a faster result. By the way, in my country at the moment bank deposits give 18%, and just recently they were 20%+... despite the fact that the dollar exchange rate is falling. It would seem to be a profitable investment, but such periods always end with an unexpected devaluation. I would rather lose (or increase) my money on betting

Hahaha man reading your statement make me realize how crazy we are here in our "world", if you said to any financial guy 25% in ten months they are gonna start to think you are a scammer, and for us in this gambling world is a super shit odd.

About the 20+ goals mark, the risk of a injury which makes us lose all is great, plus he is gonna depend a lot on penalty shoots.

It is great to know that the English Premier League will finally return in another 2 weeks time as life has been quite boring during the weekends for this past few months without English Premier League matches being shown live on the television. For the past 2 consecutive seasons, all of the 6 newly promoted teams had all failed to secure their survivals in the English Premier League, hopefully for this new upcoming season, Leeds United, Burnley and Sunderland will be able to perform much better in their fight for survival.

What is it that I'm hearing about Liverpool going for Rodrygo and still active on Isak deal - if they manage to get those two deals through it's over for everyone.

It's going to be an interesting season for us too and I'm so ready for it. X. Simons and Palmer in midfield would be a better love story than Bollywood series.

What is it that I'm hearing about Liverpool going for Rodrygo and still active on Isak deal - if they manage to get those two deals through it's over for everyone.

By the way when it comes to the Isak topic Newcastle is determined not to sell him unless they find a replacement for him. Now I wonder whether Liverpool shot themselves in the foot by signing Ekitike. Because if Newcastle got him it was going to be easier for Liverpool to sign Isak.

No guaranteed Newcastle United were going to pay €92m for Ekitike - remember they were on the deal for more than 2 weeks before sugar daddy Liverpool came in and took him away in less than 48hrs.

Honestly Newcastle are being stupid rejecting £120m for an injury prone Isak - they will never get to see such amount ever.

With the attacking options they will have, it will be a big discussion anytime they are unable to win games. Rodrygo should join Arsenal and enjoy playing time; in Liverpool, he may still not be first choice.

Rodrygo would easily play ahead of Gakpo on the LWF, he's more technically better than Gakpo, he can also play SS and CF. A versatile beast.

Im with you, Newcastle seems to be playing silly in this one, i can see them without the cake and without the bread (i dont know is this phrase exist in english), anyways it means they are gonna ended up with nothing, no money and Isak underperforming or even injured like you said.

About Rodrygo i always see them as a Premier League player, he has the speed and the agility to be one great PM player.
