Odds for Manchester city title winner looks good more than ever now that Semenyo is joining next month - they have been lacking someone with an output at the LW so long.

Yeah I think this are very good odds, and I am not sure if Arsenal can keep winning this way for the rest of the season.
They have great defense but most of their matches are very boring to watch, and they score so many goals from corners.

Chelsea 3/1 odds to finish in top 3 also look very generous but I hate long season outright bets unless I'm placing something on 50+ odds.

I think Aston Villa can finish in top 3, but it depends how long they stay in Europa League and balance different competitions.

Arsenal attackers are toothless, every time their LW and RW have the ball, they move to the corner lines in an attempt to win corner kicks rather than passing it to their striker.

Their last four goals has been x3 own goals and a penalty, no open play goal - they're slowing losing it and it just a matter of time until they start losing points.

Aston Villa too 4 maybe but I don't see them finishing in top 3.

I think Arsenal dosent have that mentality to hold on to that first place and win the title. They have a good team and i agree with you their defence and scoring from corners is their main weapon,but they are slowly dropping points,they need to go on a big winning streak if theh want to win the title finally.

Every season is like that for Arsenal's mentality because at the end of the season Arsenal lose more points so they can't maintain their position to win the EPL title.

Now there's no telling how strong they will be... the first half of the season has passed and the second half of the season is another challenge for Arsenal.

Man City on the other hand cannot be stopped currently and is taking every single advantage that Arsenal gives them and i think at the end of the season  Man City will win the title because they know how to win it.

Manchester City are used to winning titles, they just take advantage when Arsenal slip up... the current season is still uncertain who will calm the title, only my prediction is Arsenal and Manchester City like there will be fierce competition.

You are right about it, but i also start to think is part of the Arteta strategy in someways, or maybe no, but i feel like he use the number 9 as a pure pivot and a player who only ocuppies the space and made the defense goes down to their own goal, the goals comes only from the LW and RW from shoots or from the midfilers who join the attack from behind.

I do wonder sometimes if you guys actually watch Arsenal play or just take social media narratives and run with it.

Our last match against Palace, we absolutely blew them away in the first half, Martinelli was electric down the left and we easily could have been 3-4 goals up before the break, their keeper was their best player on the pitch. Game before that against Everton, we blew them away again, created so many chances and could have been 2-3 goals up.
The only criticism one can have about the team is not taking the chances they create.

How do you even imagine a team plays for corners, that is a weird assumption.

In my opinion Arsenal players showed very good mentality and stability so far, but they would benefit from hiring few more attackers, maybe during the break.

Maybe they dont have one or two players for scoring plenty of goals but they still scored 31 goals, this is second best in Premier League.

No, it does not. A 'toothless' attack does not create goal scoring chances. Most of the chances we created came from our wingers and attacking midfielder in the final third and not defense splitting passes from the middle. Again, I am not sure you watch Arsenal play.

But to reply, we are top of the EPL, top of the UCL league phase with a 100% record and only 1 goal conceded, in the EFL semi-finals and would soon begin our FA Cup campaign, I know where our standards are.

Been talking/thinking about it as it might be the first night of football I have to myself and then it's Manure vs Toons. Guess I'll be hate-watching late night/early AM football...

P.P.S. re what unrank says: Liverpool's xGs score in that losing streak was unnatural. It didn't matter though, we still lost big and badly, and Wirtz's big chances created and forward carries won't redeem his G+A stats, which will be used to judge him.

What a start for me in this week got already 3 correct results i think that 2-1 1-2 is the most easiest prediction ever to give you the best amount of points even when apsolute favorites are playing against underdogs and this proved today to be a good option due to Wolves scoring one goal. I was dead last at 4th round i think now in top 20 so really happy with the last couple of results.

I was just wondering what the odds would have been if I had played that as a combo. It is crazier that I have already lost all the bets I played this weekend, all before the third game got going.

Maybe I will start locking my answers early and using the overall picks to guide my bets. Does anyone know if I can see individual picks if I lock my answers in early or only the overall percentage?Another hard fought win for the gooners. O most got one more correct result really a shame honestly. Had Chelsea vs Aston Villa to be 1-1 and Watkins just killed me with that second goal just destroyed me for my hopes of climbing up higher. I dont know what is wrong with Aston Villa but they keep dominating the league and keep on getting those hard points and now it looks like they will be fighting for the title with all this insane wins lately

Will be a tough game surely, we are helped that Cash and Kamada will be missing but they are a compact unit. We simply have to win, no questions asked. You cannot drop points home and away to your competition for the title. I was hoping Chelsea will stall their winning run and dampen confidence but they have given them even more of that.

Had Chelsea vs Aston Villa to be 1-1 and Watkins just killed me with that second goal just destroyed me for my hopes of climbing up higher. I dont know what is wrong with Aston Villa but they keep dominating the league...

I had Chelsea to win and was confident after the first half, but it turned to be a game of two halves. I still think Chelsea should have gotten a penalty early in the second half, no way that is a natural position for the hand.

Villa have turned their season around remarkably. They are marking their spots for the UCL next season, having tasted it again last season they will want to get back in very quickly.
