Never use PayPal for anything. involving bitcoin. It is just that simple. PayPal stands to be the biggest looser if bitcoin catches on. Why would they want to help us?

FTFY I haven't used PayPal much since 2009, and quit altogether, last year.

Paypal's market cap is $72 billion, compare to a $6 billion market cap for bitcoin. When bitcoin's market cap can dwarf that, then you can say that.

Seriously? Who the hell cares about paypal!
I feel sorry for those caught in the crossfire... that sucks.
But, Paypal is crap. It's unnecessary and costs too much.

I smell fear.
I love the smell of fear in the morning because fear means there is money out there someplace. Scared money. I love it! My $.02.

Market cap of Ebay is $ 72 b. That of Paypal is much lower.

Fuck PayPal. Fuck them.
I've had SO much shit from this shitty company; including them taking £100 from me after they took it upon themselves to decide that a transaction was fraudulent (against both mine and the buyer's wishes). Fuck them. As a seller you are completely shafted and at the whim of whomever you are selling to of chargebacks. I avoid them at all costs now.

That post is 11 months old, they sure are not moving fast.... I sold my first mining contract on eBay yesterday, buyer paid with PayPal, no problems yet. The word "Bitcoin" was all over the auction, including that they could pay with Bitcoin if they desired.... I don't believe they are targeting Bitcoin because of FinCEN, I agree they are targeting Bitcoin because it scares the hell out of them.

just received this: We removed the following listing(s): xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Unsecure payment methods that don't ensure safe online shopping for both buyers and sellers aren't allowed on eBay. Because we are unable to verify whether the correct person receives payment, instant or point-to-point money transfer services are not allowed.
To learn more about accepted payment methods, go to:
http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/accepted-payments-policy.html
Thanks,
eBay
Please don't reply to this message. It was sent from an address that doesn't accept incoming email. funny that the cash is allowed.

No but I was told this by my old Squarehead Kraut Grandfather(B.1897) and he never led me astray. I prefer to play Baccarat but do play other games as well from time to time. My $.02.

I have never had a problem.
I sold all sorts on ebay with Paypal.
I sold around £1500 worth of mining contracts and around £7000 worth of mining rigs with Paypal over the last 3 months.
The only thing I have had an issue with is Gumtree, deleting my ads for containing the word bitcoin.
