Well, I think why most bounty campaigns are extending because of the lack of funds that they gathered. These ICOs have tho reach their target soft cap to be able to continue operating and developing. They tend to extend to advertise more of their technology and invite more people to invest.

In my opinion, the main reason for the expanded campaign is that the project wants to increase funding and time to promote. Or many bonus campaigns did not pay the bonus on time...

It is really difficult to increase fundraising by extending the bounty campaign because it is not profitable for new bounty hunters to join to the bounty campaign in the very end. They would get a small number of tokens. The old bounty hunters, in turn, advertise the bounty for a long time and their subscribers have already been informed about the ICO. |

No, I don't think so... Many of ICOs collect millions from investors. I tell you why there are so small amount of good bounty campaigns. Because there were appeared new websites with ICO rating that can give good advertisement of some project. |

This is fast becoming a usual trend for so many bounty campaigns. I think the reason is due to the fact that the ICO companies are struggling every time now to complete their tokens sales thereby prolonging the bounty campaigns. |

I agree with you on this. One of the reason is scam ICO. Another reason also is the fluctuation of Ethereum value, which is a lot of ICO is ERC20 based. Next thing is, the community is not big enough to spread awareness and market the project so it unsuccessful. |

I agree with you on this. One of the reason is scam ICO. Another reason also is the fluctuation of Ethereum value, which is a lot of ICO is ERC20 based. Next thing is, the community is not big enough to spread awareness and market the project so it unsuccessful. scam is not the only basic reference why they did not experience success in sales, I even saw it too difficult for ico to get a softcap. the developer also wants maximum sales and finally decides to increase the duration of the campaign or ico. this is the last way to save them from the failure of the concept they have built. This year, many ico appear with a high percentage of profit. this condition is a media shift from the HYIP business that penetrates into crypto, this is where new diseases emerge and makes ico's image worse. Another factor is because investors are more likely to want to play safe because of uncertain price conditions, they are more likely to play short-term trading than speculate on ico. |

Yours is only one reason why ICO is failing or losing its appeal to investing public because of fear of being scammed of their investment. Another thing which I guess the reason why is because of bear market the cryptocurrency is experiencing this time that's why they extend their ICO period to another month or months. When the market is in bear mode, the buying power and the product value of the ICO company becomes very low. Read and understand the real situation of the crypto market and since we are members of this community all we have to must be prepared always and extend our patience cause it's happening already and that is the situation nowadays. |
