that's true, due to some small funds they raise during ico, they dont even reach the soft cap or their minimum target. they dont have any other choice but to extend and do some development of their project for that time to gather more investors.

In addition with the bearish market condition I think this is also one of the reasons why some bounty campaign are extending because they felt that it is very difficult to reach exactly the hard cap that they aimed, that's why they do extending it looking for the project succeed for the benefits of all participants and to the investors as well.

I think it's because of not reach their pre-sale and private sale and in my opinion, its a good opportunity to the bounty campaigns to extend their projects and it will benefited to all of the members. I agree that more and more bounty campaigns are extending nowadays, I think it is because of the investors are slowly losing interest in these campaigns, this is also a result of a lot of bounty scams. Also the downtrend market is adding to the reason why campaigns are not reaching their targets on time, hence they need to extend the project for it to somehow get the proper funding until the project successfully ends.

May be due to bear trend running in the market; there are some ICO s which may not be able to get collected necessary funds.
There are good projects too included in above projects.

Right, people are loosing interest because of large number of ICO project. The main reason behind this is that ICO projects now a days ends in their development stage.
The bounty campaigns are longer than usual because now most of the ICO projects do not higher marketing specialist and use bounty campaign their only promotional medium. The projects are also not up to the mark.
