We know for people to engage with decentralized platforms, they need easier ways to do it. 1 month ago we launched Simple Login, allowing users to navigate the CodexRegistry without using a blockchain wallet.

How did it go & what's next? Read more here:

Question:
Quote
Why blockchain? Why not create a centralized title system just like every other industry?

Answer:
Quote
  • Privacy is highly prized by bidders and sellers alike in the arts & collectibles space, which is why no title registry currently exists in the market. The lack of title registry hampers the ability to buy, sell, insure, and lend against the asset class, as well as prevent bad actors.
  • By placing provenance on the blockchain and building a separate product to handle auctioning of the assets, we will be able to provide an immutable transaction history of the piece of art while still protecting the bidders and sellers’ privacy.

Bloomberg provides this snapshot of Codex Labs and their relationship with the Codex Protocol. Codex's platform helps users to track the provenance and verify the authenticity of items such as art pieces, fine wine, collectible cars, antiques, decorative arts, coins, watches and jewelry.

One of my favorite projects in terms of actual innovative ideas - anyone got a quick last 6 months TLDR of what these guys have been up to?

Agreed, super intriguing stuff, and even better for arts/collectibles lovers who spend time in the crypto space.

You've probably seen this:
"We’ve decided to Airdrop CodexCoin to our community instead of a community sale.
For all community members who successfully passed our KYC process and provided Codex Protocol with a token wallet address. Those members will each receive an airdrop of 500 CodexCoin tokens.

Anyone who bought CODX in the main sale will receive a refund of the ETH they contributed along with an additional airdrop of 2,000 CodexCoin and the 500 CodexCoin for passing KYC."

An important update to the Codex Registry:

A very important and interesting piece of info should be detailed very soon. Keep an eye on Codex's chat for the announcement.

Do we know the breakdown of supply, now that the "sale" was cancelled? Eg what percent to team, to early investors, etc.

Hey statdude, we have not yet heard the breakdown for the token allocation yet. Once it is available, it will be announced.
