The most of the people say that the smartphones exist to give others their undivided attention, but what they don't know that using the phones during social events actually diminishes them own experience of those events. So this tool is responsible for our unsatisfying social interactions.

We are really addicted to our phones? What can we do? What you can do when you keep your phone on and what you do on usually?

I really am a cellphone addict, don't know what I would do without it during everyday bus rides. But I do my best not to use it when I have company; it represents the ultimate rudeness and tells a lot about one's manners. In past years, you could see people hanging out in cafes and restaurants not talking to each other at all and just staring at their phones all the time, but it seems that people are starting to realize that it doesn't look nice.

As I went to the decree, I noticed that the phone does not let go. I know that this is bad, but I can not do anything about it.

I like to climb on my cell phone. There I communicate, correspond in different people. So it's good on the road when you need the Internet and no desktop computer nearby. Well, the game as the main entertainment

I don't consider myself an addict but there's a weird tendency of mine of just turning on the phone screen when I'm bored, would that be considered Grin an initiation?

Yes, I am addicted to my phone and also my husband is addicted too, but as I've observed he is more addicted than me because he always holds his phone and always updated with social media news and viral videos than me. I also don't know what I do on usually if I don't have a smartphone, but maybe if I don't have it then I will just sleep or watch movies or tv series.
