No not really. Its just phones are a useful tool to access stuff i want to. Since im an avid reader of novels and i sometimes look up in the net some free novels to read, I use my phone when i leave so yep. But usually i dont touch it when im at home

What we need to set now is the use, we need to be aware when it's time we do not not use it. example in terms of bersosial, when it is a time that we need to interact with people around us then you should place or leave the smartphone

Oh my God! I can also consider myself as like that!  .. coz i can't live without my phone anymore..coz it is also my bitcoin wallet!
I also use it for business purposes! So i can be updated in Crypto Happenings!
There's alot of advantage of having Smartphones..but let us not forget that the personal in touch with our love ones, family and friends is the most important communication!
