I`m not. People mostly don`t believe me, but i don`t have one. That is on purpose; i know myself and i don`t want to be like all the other people around me.

smartphone addiction has negative effects for users, it makes users always think about smartphone when not being on hold. How to cope with getting used to for not long holding a smartphone and replace it with activities which are more useful.

Yes, I for one totally am..I spend an average of 4-5 hours/day on my phone. Even while I'm walking or chilling out with friends, I'm constantly checking on my phone.

Because I don't have an efficient PC, I make use of my phone a lot to work. I could be on my phone for more than half a day working, nonstop. It can be really stressful but its necessary. Therefore, I'm a cell phone addict in practice. When I get a new system, I'll then become a PC addict!

phones can make positive and negative impacts. positive because it provides fast and accurate information. negative because the usage is very long. even very dangerous for health like eyes

Yes. I think I'm addicted to the phone. Constantly check the tape in instagram, go to all social networks. I do this even when I walk on the street with my friends and during conversations live.
