The most of the people say that the smartphones exist to give others their undivided attention, but what they don't know that using the phones during social events actually diminishes them own experience of those events. So this tool is responsible for our unsatisfying social interactions.

We are really addicted to our phones? What can we do? What you can do when you keep your phone on and what you do on usually?
I agree with your statement, it's true that people nowadays usually spent most of their time using mobile phones and that made them unaware of their social life. Since we used a mobile phone all the time it consumes every single second that we can actually use on making a talk or conversation to other people face to face.

2 years ago I lost my phone in a vegetable market, and I did not have the money to buy a new phone, and I really felt very bad, the dependence on phones is incredible and makes us more and more dependent on technology , I see this as a need before an addiction, because the need to be always communicated, is something that we can not fail to perceive.

I'm a tech device addict, and I'm also addicted to the Cell phone. I have a habit of going to bed, and after waking up, I often use my phone, this is a bad habit and it makes me lazy.

Nope, i’m not a cell phone addict, at least i try not to be. Not only cell phones, these type of small devices are everywhere and many people became an addict. Spending too much time on social platforms or playing games steal so much time from everyone.

I think most of us addicted to mobile phones. But I am afraid that nowadays kids are in a worse situation. It is okay for a 3 years kid to use a PC tablet or mobile phone. And for me, this is still kind of weird xD

My nephew are using cellphone to watch videos and he is only 2 years old remember cellphones is not bad if you are using it on the right things.  It is not weird because many children now are using phones younger and younger nowadays and thag's normal.

Now what could a man without a phone? absolutely nothing. All life is tied to social networks and other interests. But for me personally, gadgets are my income, so for me it is a necessity and not an addiction

I think everyone can't live without their smartphones nowadays.

If there's some important messages that you are waiting for, work related or not as long as it is important, you can't remove your attention there. Gladly, I'm not an addicted person with my smartphone. Because most of the time, I'm facing my desktop instead of it. With the rise of mobile games today, many became addicted to it and it has affected their emotional and social status.

I usually leave my phone at home when I go out on errands unless I am expecting an important call, I don't feel the need to be tied to it 24/7 but then I am not a big fan of social media, either. My home computer, though - now that would be hard to part with as that does make-up a large part of my day.

In fact we are all addicted to cell phones.
I can not sit for one hour without using my mobile phone. I think the most successful way to reduce it is to help someone else by giving it to your phone and not letting you use it unless necessary

No, we are not all addicted to our cell phones. From what i can see you most likely are very addicted to your phone and that should be something to be concerned about since cell phones are destroying our lives instead of improving it. Honestly i dont understand why people are so addicted to their phones and social media ,but everyone is different and each one can decide how to spend his life.
