I don't see that time referenced. Official time is midnight of 2/18, going to 2/19 (since 12:01 is technically 2/19).

It will be plus or minus thirty minutes to prevent flooding of all assets (including websites, pools, tipbots, and the like).

Once again:

OFFICIAL TIME = 2/18 MIDNIGHT EST, GOING INTO 2/19

As someone mentioned, it's not yet 2/19 for the US. So, I guess I screwed up with specifying time because I forgot about global times and what not. However, hopefully this clears things up.

Sorry, no. The time is set at 12AM EST 2/18, going to 2/19; most I can do is give or take 30 minutes. This is not a massive release, so you should be okay my friend.
