Hello all, I am very much aware of the current situation; The GitHub server that hosted our code (we run a private GitLab) went offline due to DDOS attacks.
We apologize for the inconveniences; There is NO premine, I want to reiterate. Look at the blockchain, we did not take any. As a matter of fact, I currently own 0 SYN.
We are looking into purchasing servers with DDOS protection to prevent such an attack in the future. Personally, I've been working since 4AM to patch segfaults we didn't experience on the testnet.
OP is alive.

From the front page:
Community: No need to lie here -- we aren't a large community -- well, yet. However: §: We're a tight-knit community. Working together on resolving issues isn't something we've had problems with. §: Social media has been expanded as much as we can; a Twitter and Instagram have been setup to get the word out. §: Developers make up a fair proportion of the community, meaning that problems I can't address due to time concerns will still be fixed within a reasonable window of time.
You mean some fat sweaty loser pumping out garbage in his mom's basement.
Dude couldn't set up a pool right, let alone post a source, or even stay up for the launch FFS. Total failure... go eat some more chicken and pass out from the effort.
The only thing that we failed to do was get the source, and that was because none of the developers had local copies; we were all working through our private GitLab and made commits directly from the server itself. When the server went offline we only had the nodes capable of running -- and since daemons cannot be used across systems, it's not as simple as uploading a zip. So please reconsider calling me out on my incompetence without having a full understanding of the situation.

is this scrypt-n?
Normal scrypt for the next few months, then it becomes scrypt-n. ......if it isn't another deadcoin by then. The Dev isn't exactly inspiring confidence here. Personally, I am going back to mining mintcoin. At least the Devs over there stayed around during launch, instead of going to bed. Sorry, I passed out after patching two segfaults on the nix daemon. I guess it's time to hire more devs so a workload spike doesn't completely shut down our workflow.

I started the miner on p2pool and then went to sleep. I woke up now and see I've only recieved payments since 1 hour ago. What happened to the other 6 ½ hours of mining?

I was mining on your p2pool for 6 hours from begining and didn't got any coin. I got my first coins at 13:47 GMT+1 : 0.09968346 coins.
Who will pay me my lost coins?

You time was wasted and you will not get anything from it. The pool was setup wrong and all the coins went to the pool owner. That pool also started a few minutes before the launch. So the Dev started his miner on his own pool. Posted the password and went to sleep to let every struggle and waste their time.

Go to pool.synco.in/payout_addr and you will get the address. Check that against the block explorer. http://blocks.synco.in/address/SYnFundYHArvaRGMowXE2v5fQQ4SVdvh5tI made 4 SYN. 4. The pool is making payouts normally under the payouts tab (from cache)

Payments are on their way; pool is making payments from cache (large backlog). Check your balance with the block explorer at http://block.synco.inThere you can find your balance as the pool makes additional payments.

Coins are not lost; there is a pool payment backlog. You'll have your coins. Use the blockchain explorer to monitor your payments. http://blocks.synco.in
